This place was a joke. Went for the BKFC event and was so disappointed. The venue did not provide any info or crowd control. Needlessly waited in line and missed half the event.....Paid for premium seating and couldn't get a seat since they weren't differentiating between premium and general admission ticket holders. The line for the bathroom and beer was insane and most people just stood around confused since nothing was marked and no employees even tried to make it work. There's no way an event that size only has one bathroom. I would attend another BKFC event but not at this venue. This venue needs to stick with tournaments or whatever they are used to dealing with. They can't handle...

They price gouge 5$ for parking which causes terrible traffic problems during events. Put a traffic light, or better yet, get rid of ripping people off to park. You're essentially charging for parking to have ~ 5-10 of your employees stand around idly while the event happens. There was also plenty of parking to spare even though we left before most other people. The tickets were closer to 20 than they were 15, this year also. I wouldn't voluntarily go back.

Build a handicap accessible bridge over the water and get rid of the broken water feature that wastes electricity to pump water and looks pretty...

Went to a USAV Volleyball Tournament here. Nice facility, good hardwood floors, and very well maintained. Had some TVs in the lobby/concession area with the NFL Playoffs on while we were there which was appreciated. Bleachers didn't offer enough seating for everyone who was attending although there was a balcony on one side of the building. There was very little room for people to walk to other courts, it was incredibly warm inside - they needed the AC to be turned on because all the athletes were sweating like crazy, and it was super crowded. Nice...
