Starbucks at Broadway at the Beach — Restaurant in Myrtle Beach

This location stole some of my account stars to correct a drink error on their end. I placed an order for an iced brown sugar shaken espresso with salted caramel cold foam and cinnamon dulce topping. The first drink was missing the topping and was a simple cold brew. I took the drink back to the girl who placed my order, wearing glasses and black lipstick and short dark hair, and let her know the drink wasn't correct. Apparently she took more stars off of my account to fix her error and I didn't notice until I went to my local store today to get a drink. We went here twice while on vacation. My daughter always gets a peppermint hot chocolate. The first time we had already left the store when she said it had no whip cream or chocolate curls. The second time we checked before leaving the store and the associate said that only the drinks with espresso come with whip cream and chocolate curls. When you order from the app it lists all the ingredients and the picture in the store shows it. Not sure why they aren’t making the drink the way it’s advertised. I got two drinks. This is the second time I have scanned my rewards at this location.. It didn't go through. The people inside would not help at all. They call the boss and act like they don't know what they're doing. I even use my own personal cup. Will not come again. It totally messed up my challenge. I ask for caramel in my cup.
