We visited the Myrtle Beach Pinball Museum while on vacation and it was the highlight of our trip! We always look for places to play pinball while travelling and we are thrilled that South Carolina finally has a pinball museum! We were vacationing in Charleston and it was an easy drive up to Myrtle Beach to play pinball. You don't need quarters to play here, just a modest entrance fee that is donated to charity. All the machines (I counted 25) are in excellent condition and this is a wonderful family attraction to both enjoy the nostalgia of pinball and to pass on this fun interactive, action-packed game to future generations! There are pinball machines ranging from the latest releases all the way back to the 70s. If you have not played modern pinball machines you'll be blown away by the animation, movie clips, sophisticated lighting effects, play-field artwork, and soundtracks. It so much fun to see and play it all in one place! A special thanks to the owner also, it was a real pleasure chatting with you and we will return during our next trip to...
Read moreIf you like Pinball or arcades, this is the best deal in Myrtle Beach. I didnt think I would get tired of playing pinball but with unlimited play, I really did get enough. You get a full hour of play on all the games. Even if a game is being played you will always find another to play while you wait for the next. They have a good mix of older and newer games so you can experience the difference and how much they have changed over the years. The only thing I thought was missing is the "Museum" part. As this museum grows in popularity, maybe they will add more "fact" displays on pinball. ie origin, game companies, other fact about the history of the game, the mechanics of the machine would also be awesome..... The place is staffed by volunteers who were very nice and accommodating. This is really the BEST value for your money in Myrtle Beach. You need to reserve and pay for your spot online, so plan ahead. At only $12...
Read moreWe were in Myrtle Beach for a week and purchased tickets inadvertently we purchased the tickets for the next. The next week when we would no longer be in Myrtle Beach… they have no phone number which would let us talk to a human being, to explain the error immediately after we purchased the tickets for the wrong day.
And now, even though we didn’t use the tickets, the pinball Museum will not refund our money…
We were not fraudulently purchasing these tickets… We did not use the tickets and we cannot use the tickets, this is not a customer friendly policy.
Think twice about buying tickets at this organization.
We tried to call your phone number. No one would answer to correct the problem and from your response. It looks like you’re not willing to work on our behalf to get our $65 back.
6/9: I received a letter from my credit card company that you were able to credit our card for the unused tickets, thank...
