I would say this is geared towards kiddos ages 7 and under although some older kids and even adults had a great time. There are animatronic dinosaurs that you can walk around and see. In the back they have a play area for kiddos. There is a fossil dig station for the kiddos, and they can make and color their own dinosaur. Socks are required if the kiddos want to play in the play area. They do have socks available for sale should you need or forget socks. They do have dinosaurs the kiddos can ride but the kiddos have to be 45 inches or under to ride them. There is a cute little gift shop with lots of dinosaur themed toys. I think the price is reasonable. It includes all day admission. So you can leave and come back if you want to. They offer local discounts and check their Facebook page as they also post coupon codes for a percentage off admission sometimes.

I attempted to go to the exhibit but it was closed so my daughter wanted a toy from the front of the store. I bought her a dinosaur toy that broke the next morning. I attempted to take it back less than 24 hours later. The cashier, Brittany, refused to take it back or let me exchange it saying it was store policy. I asked for a manager, she said there was no manager in & she didn’t know when they would be in because they’re salary so they come in when they want. I asked for a number to call, she said I can call the theater. Her attitude was very dismissive & condescending. She needs to be retrained or if she doesn’t like her job, maybe she should try changing careers. I will never visit this store again & I’m telling everyone I know not to go to this attraction if you ever visit Myrtle Beach. Poor, poor, poor service.

This place is insanely overpriced for an entrance ticket. Half the advertised activities were not even available, and they were still charging full price admission. The craft area was not set up. They didn't even give us the dino craft. I had to ask for it. The dinosaurs you could sit on at the front entrance were "out of order." You could walk through this whole wonder of amazement ( I'm being sarcastic here) in about three minutes. The dinosaurs themselves are okay, but they scare the smaller children. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, pee everywhere! Basically, I paid $60 for my kids to play in a ball pit. I would not recommend this place to anyone, not even a dinosaur lover. This was a very underwhelming experience and I would not go back.

Honestly, if we had known this place was only made up of four tiny rooms, we wouldn’t have spent our money. We were expecting something more fun and exciting, but it was really underwhelming. There were a few good things, but overall, it didn’t live up to our expectations.

The Good Stuff:

Okay, so the animatronics were actually decent. My toddler was into them, and they were pretty entertaining for a minute. They looked well-maintained and added a little bit of excitement. But, to be real, that’s about it for the positives.

The Not-So-Good Stuff:

The biggest issue is how ridiculously small this place is. Seriously, it’s just four small rooms, and there’s barely anything to do. We were in and out before we even knew it. For what we paid, it felt like a total rip-off. If you’re looking for something more engaging, skip this place.

And don’t even get me started on the ball pit. It was honestly a mess. The balls were all squished and uneven, and the pit barely had enough to reach my toddler’s ankles. It looked so cheap and neglected. Plus, there’s no seating for adults, so you’re stuck standing around while your kid plays. Not the most comfortable setup for parents.

The whole play area felt worn out. The slide had scuff marks all over it, and everything looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or maintained properly in a long time. It’s like they put this place together without much thought or care, hoping no one would notice.

Overall, the place just felt thrown together and kind of lazy. Too small, not enough to do, and a total waste of money. If you’re planning a fun day with your kid, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. There are definitely better options for what they charge.

Final Thoughts: This place just didn’t cut it. It’s way too small, run down, and not worth the price. I really wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Save your money and find something better to do with your...

This place is a complete joke! For starters if you’re local don’t waste your time driving up here. They are not open 24 hrs and also never answer their phone, so your chances of getting in are 50/50. After driving 30 minutes with my toddlers a sign was up they were cleaning for 5 minutes… then the girl tells me “ we are closing in 40 minutes” obviously irritated I stated to her “ you should have whoever is in charge of your website update your times. “ she then said ok mam would you like to go thru? I said irritated again, “I guess so 40 minutes is 40 minutes” obviously I am annoyed by this considering the lack of info provided by this business. Driving my kids all this way. She then says actually mam I’m not letting you in you can leave! Then tells me she’s had a bad day. I asked to speak with a manager she said she doesn’t have one. Asked her if she owns the place she said no. Asked her who signs her pay checks. She says he’s out of the country. Long story short. Do better!!! your service and info you provide sucks. Will never recommend this place to anyone. The girl upfront clearly made us leave so she could go home for the day. Such a simple reason to deny someone service. Apparently these employees have no one in charge therefore they can treat customers however they want and open and close when they feel like it. Super professional business smh. The funny thing is we went here as last resort to get the kids out of the heat after already hearing bad things about it, never again. Go to the aquarium don’t waste your time and this low...

Not terribly expensive but for what this “attraction” is it’s not worth what you pay to get in. First there was no air conditioning so don’t go in planning to cool down. Not many dinosaurs maybe 10-15. They were ok but nothing fantastic. They’re big and could scare smaller kids but my 10 year old thought it was pretty lame. It literally could take you 5-10 minutes to walk through the entire dinosaur area and then ends with a excavation sand tables and a ball pit play area which is ok but still no air conditioning so plan on sweating watching your kids play. Not much seating for parents. You’ll spend more time in the ball pit most likely than anything. Not worth it at all and your kids will probably beg for overpriced dinosaurs in the gift shop as well. I think they were around $35 a piece. So many better places to spend your money! Even my newly 4 year old said there wasn’t enough stuff to do. My 4, 7 and 10 yr old say 👎. We spent maybe 30 minutes in the place and half was in the ball pit/bathroom. I couldn’t wait to get out to at least have some breeze...
