Burlington — Local services in Nampa

This place is extremely against kids. A staff actually kept following my kids and I throughout the WHOLE store. We were at the kids shoes section there she was, moved to the toys section there she was, went to the home and men shoe sections there she was, we went to the women's bags and purse section she popped up again. Idk if she's the burlington police or something? I mean she actually told me twice if my kids touch the merchandise and break it I will have to purchase it. I mean that was the last straw. I didn't need to be told more than once. My kids didn't BREAK anything at all being in the store they just touched the merchandise like EVERY other shopper in the store. This place has some really rude workers. This isn't the end of it she goes to her coworker in the front of the store and starts talking smack/ laughing while looking at my husband purchasing our stuff. I mean really? They should really work on being family friendly and DOING their job like she put it. I didn't find it necessary for her whole self being on one side of the store but her eyes were on my kids and I. I was here yesterday looking to buy a carseat, had my small child in the shopping cart going through the baby aisles. There were several other moms with multiple kids walking around the baby section as well. The older woman who was stocking shelves clearly was very upset that she was being interrupted with everyone walking past her and there was a little traffic jam back there with the carts, strollers and kids walking by and the employee got mad, threw down what she was holding and aggressively shoved her rolling rack into another aisle where it hit into another shelf knocking things down. I was absolutely horrified and scared by her behavior. Luckily none of the children were hurt by her actions but it could have so easily injured someone. I will never shop at Burlington again😡 If this store cannot trust you enough to exit the store with a shopping cart, I will NOT shop there. The wheels on the cart lock up when you try to exit the store. I have never heard of this in my life! After spending over $250.00 in the Nampa store today, my cashier handed me back all of my items to put back in the cart. Said nothing to me, as I proceeded out the door. I didn’t see the sign that they supposedly have by the door. I have never heard of a store doing this. I bought way too many things to carry by hand to my car. I was not offered any help to my car. I certainly wouldn’t have purchased the items that I did if it was going to be such a problem to get the items to my car. If the company can’t trust me to return the cart, they don’t deserve...
