Blaze Pizza — Restaurant in Nampa

If I could give them Zero stars I would. This is my 3rd time to this location in the last two months and let’s just say 3 Strikes and I will not be coming back to this location after tonight.

First Experience at this location: 7/23/22 was greeted by an unfriendly individual who has made herself into several of the reviews on here. She proceeded to carry on conversations with her other co-workers while making our pizzas, stopping frequently and turning her back to us to tell her co-workers how happy she was that she purchased a six pack before coming to work because she’s going to need it all while we are waiting for her to make our pizzas. She proceeded to be unfriendly the entire time as mentioned before she is very rude towards customers.

Second Experience at this location: 9/10/22 was greeted by a friendly individual this time and order process began great thinking it was going to make up for the last. It quickly took a turn when the girl placing sauce and cheese proceeded to put half a spoon of cheese on the pizza. I asked if she could put more so she put a tiny bit more and I left it at that, thinking possibly she was new and wasn’t sure. The pizza came and it was like eating dough and red sauce. Again, the previously spoken about individual is unfriendly and rude appearing to not care.

Third Experience at this location 9/16/22 Mobile ordered two pizzas and an order of bread sticks. Arrived in the store to find it packed, with it appearing dirty but there was a sweet girl picking up and restocking. Waited a few minutes then received my food from behind the counter- I did not see it come out of the oven or be placed in a box I only saw the cheesey bread be placed in the box. She handed me the sealed boxes, I walked out, got in the car and drove home. Got home and opened the boxes- opened the meat pizza first it had only 4 pieces of pepperoni, a few pieces of sausage and hardly any cheese. I proceed to open up the next box, I get it open and the boxes appears empty from there I have to pry the pizza off the lid- to where you’ll see the image below. With all the cheese peeled off the lid it only covered two pieces of pizza. In addition to specifying adding extra cheese to the pizza. To say I was disappointed is an understatement.

Wow talk about a waste of time! I ordered a pizza and 2 drinks online to be picked up. Everyone at work talked like they have good food. Figure give them a try. Man was I wrong! I get there and like normal for food places there's a line. I wait about 5 mins in line. A gal asks me what kind of crust I informed her I had a pick up. She pointed to the end of the line and said go over there and walked off. Ok. Went to the register waited for the gal to be done checking out the person in front of me. When she got done with that she walks off. I stand for another 5 mins. 10 employees walked by and looked at me. Finally different gal asked if I needed help. I told her I had a pick up. She looks for the pizza and tells me that someone must of took my pizza. She told me let me remake it for you. So far the nicest person I talked to. I wait for the pizza to be made and cooked. That's fine. No offer to refund me my money or anything for me having to wait even longer for something that happen. As I'm waiting I look around. The floors are sticky, the line they make the pizza is gross, full of toppings all over, the soda machine is plum full of ice and looks nasty for back splash from soda. The lids not fully stocked. Tables not clean at all. A customer had to ask for someone to clean the tables. As she was cleaning them she just pushed everything on to the floor without sweeping it up after. She just walked away. I felt gross just being in the restaurant. I get my pizza after it being done cooked. I get back to work. Which is about 2 mins. And my pizza is ice cold! I had to heat it up at work. After I got done eating a slice i had a funny after taste. I could smell and taste like a pot joint. I thought it was just how it tasted from the fire. I had a co worker try a piece. She said the same thing about the after taste. I wanted to make sure that it did. So I had a 3rd person try it. Yep same exact thing like the last person. Keep i did not mention it to them just offered a slice. So I'm now thinking that someone threw a joint into the flame. I have never done drugs. Just been around them but seriously. Your freaking serving the public like this. My whole experience was just horrible. I get better customer service at Walmart then I did there. Never going back and will not recommend it to anyone. I did a online order as I always do and I ask for 3 sides is spicy red sauce everytime, any time I have came to this blaze or any other one I have never had a issue except for tonight, I got 2 pizzas and a side of cheese sticks so I should have 4 sauces minus the extra 2 I asked for the manager had 3 spicy red sauces in her hand and only put 2 in my order the cashier argued with me about the 3rd then realized it was correct I needed one more, I don’t mind paying for extra sauce but put a option on the website or let us know when we pick up our order so we have a option to pay. First bad experience, I then get home to eat my pizza and there is a hair on my pizza melted into the cheese I call and they got all my info and said I have a free pizza next time, I then said no I would like a refund, the guy who answered said when he got a second he would get to my refund and call me back, after the phone call I checked my pizza to find out there was hair in 4 of my slices! 4 slices, so at this point I take the pizza back to the store and get a copy of my refund. The manager sat in the back the whole interaction of taking my pizza back and made the cashier deal with the problem when that is her job, no one had hair nets and one girl had her bangs down her face almost touching the food when she would bend over and the rest of her hair was barley pulled back with a clip, the manager again no hairnet and her hair freely flowing as well other cashiers as well hair flowing . The employees should have to wear hair nets or at least have all hair pulled back in a bun securely to ensure there’s no issues like this. I will never come back to this blaze ever again the service sucks no one greets you they just talk and mess around with each other no sense of hustle I waited for my spicy red sauce to finish my order that was done for 5min This was insane, and to make a young kid take care of all these issues instead of a grown adult is...
