Bad experience, twice in a row. I thought I would give them another chance... the first time I went they did a really good job, Emily did my nails. Then i went a second time and Andy did my nails and my nails lifted the second day, I told him and he told me to go back and that he would fix them (I appreciated it, so I went back) and Emily I believe fix my nails and she did a fabulous job and did not charge me for fixing my nails. So I decided to go again today and I didn't get the lady's name that started doing my nails but I don't know if she wasn't sure of what she was doing or what it was because she began to do my nails but then she had to soak them off because it was just not right(I didn't tell her I didn't like them) she just told me that Leo would do them and just put foils and after that Leo started doing my nails and because I had been there for over an hour and a half and nothing had been done to me he saw I was frustrated he began to do my nails in a rush and he did not leave my nails the Way I was expecting them to be... They are so lumpy and uneven and I messaged them on Instagram telling them that I was very unhappy with my nails and that it was not fair and I wasn't planning on giving them any attention on yelp, but then all they responded was " I'm very sorry about the happened to u. Maybe we not good enough to do your nails. Im apologize.hope u have a good day." What a shame because I thought they would be more understanding. I’ve been getting my nails done for years. This place seems like they churn through a lot of customers. The technician I got was not experienced and very nervous. He cut me three times and himself badly twice. The photo I attached is because he split my nail underneath the tip then super glued the mistake to my skin before putting six layers of dip on top. What resulted was the dip and tip flipping upwards within four days and taking my entire mail and skin with it.

They did give me a splash of champagne after the second time he lost control of the grinding machine and cut me but this is the type of place that will always accept any walk in despite having a salon full of customers and provided less than perfect service in exchange. I had an appointment it had to go get a cappuccino after arriving on time because there were four women getting pedicures and two receiving manicures when I arrived...

I started going here around a year an half ago. It was great at the beginning. They had a gentlemen working there when I started going and he did an amazing job. The last couple of times I went the lady that did my nail did a really bad job. I asked for ombre and she sponged it with nail polish and it looked awful. When I went in for refill to give them another chance she had forgotten she did them and said she could do better and use powder. When I told her she was the one who did them she laughed about it, i don't think its very funny when im paying for the service and i didnt mind the cost as long as it's a good job.. Last both times I went the same lady dug the nail filer into my skin so hard that it cut me on several fingers.
