The people at Express Smog Tune and Lube went above and beyond for us. My wife, daughter, and I were evacuated from the Carr Fire in Redding and were staying at my parents house in the Berryessa Highlands unclear whether we still had a home to go back to (living less than a half a mile from where the fire decimated west Redding), and went into Napa on a diaper and clothes run. Our radiator blew out on our Subaru after hours on Saturday and found out that the highlands were evacuated in a separate incident. AAA couldn't find a tow company willing to take our car the 60 miles to our next evacuation choice so we asked the attendant at Chevron where he recommended, and he sent us to Express Smog Tune and Lube. We left the car with a note rubber banded to the door and hoped for the best, and we were absolutely thrilled with the service, hospitality, generosity, and speed at which the job was completed.
