Mixed experience,I order a smoothie at this jamba place in the south market of napa and arrived about the time they close to to one minute after. I had ordered online thru the app and had sent my order which they had revcieved. As I go up to the building at around 7 pm I noticed two employees still working both female staffers with the lights off still working. As I approached the door it was locked . I tried getting their attention by knocking on the glass door and ultimately speaking the word hey šš½. The two employees ultimately run or walk to the back of their facility ultimately ignoring my call trying to hide from the fact that there was someone standing at their front door trying to get their attention! I was surprised at the two female staffers one Asian and one Hispanic that they were ultimately trying to ignore me . I had placed an order online so I had assumed my order was already being made by the time I got their. Really bad common sense in their place. This morning I gave them a ring and the manager Brian offered to make thing right and talk to the the manager who was their last night and make thing right for me so I can pick up my smoothie today which I think I could of picked up last night but couldnāt due two the fact of two girls ignoring my knocking on the door . I know they heard but choose to ignore me and for that Iām giving these rating. Donāt come to this jamba if your ordered close to closing because they will not open the door for you 1 min after they close or maybe if your someone different they will . By the way Iām local and come here often so for them to igonore me for being there 1 min late after they close was just a big problem for me as Iām sure they recognized me too. Thank you to Brian for making things right the manger I spoke on the phone this morning and I know if he was there working last night none of this would of happened ever happened. Employees on the shift last night need some more customer service training on how to handle employees of all different colors . And a lot more...
