Twilight zone. No lights at drive thru, no lighted menu...waited forever, I said hello, hello"...no answer...I said it again...finally Microphone comes blaring on...nobody spoke...just background noise.....I say it again, hello...she says something in Spanish accent I had no clue what it was.i say "what did you say?. She repeats same incoherent gaga googoo, I say again"what?"...again she makes no sense...I said are you open?...she sighs ..very annoyed...and says nothing... I say hello?....she repeats say nonsense. I just start ordering....she's asks"what's sides?" For some reason I couldn't understand the words again...so back n forth...till I finally figure "oh you're asking what side orders I would like" so I'm looking and I can't see anything on menu for sides. No lights anywhere....now she's annoyed cuz I don't understand her tired mumbley "i hate my job" accent AND I can't see the menu...She's annoyed with me???? What the heck , she can't talk right or communicate like a human and the stupid drive thru has no lights.. yet she's annoyed with me?...at this point I'm still being very very polite...she's not even trying to speak clearly and turns Microphone on halfway thru her sentence and turns off before she's done talking...twilight zone. I get to the window to pay and it's someone with no accent speaking clear and professional. Why would they have a weirdo talking on drive thru when a normal person is there? I can't stand people who don't care to even try and yet get annoyed with me and I'm the only one...

Upon analyzing this change, I have concluded that the new, points reward program is LESS "rewarding" to EPL customers compared to the old, cash reward program.
In short, EPL's new points reward program gives you fewer "rewards" than you were given under the old program. EPL's points reward program will now "reward" you less for your purchase than under its old, reward program. EPL has found another way to increase their profits & reward you LESS for being their "LOYAL" customer. I never trusted EPL. Read moreDulce is a superstar! This young lady is the reason this place is still in business! She greeted EVERY single customer warmly and was helpful before, during, and after the sale! Additionally, she provided recommendations and options when they ran short on order items. The service was extremely slow,even when the store had only 8 customers inside. Dozens of chickens were in various stages of doneness on the grill but they just couldn’t crank out the orders. I waited over 20 minutes for my order! The dining area needed to be bussed and cleaned as tables had straw covers, salsa drippings, and bits of chickens on tabletops from earlier diners. The trash bins were also topped off and needed to be emptied. Competition is fierce, not just from neighboring brick and mortar restaurants and especially from all the nearby food trucks .
