Do not shop here. Unprofessional management behavior (Carol, middle aged blond woman hair around chin length) and you will be humiliated for just coming into the store it seems. I will explain if you read on but I repeat do not shop here.
My boyfriend and I went into this location as we have many times before and had the worst experience due to their manager whose name was Carol. My boyfriend had barely had time to walk in the door and over to the paint section before Carol was right in his face practically yelling "is there something I can help you with?" To which my boyfriend replied he literally had barely walked in the door and he was fine. I made a comment as to why she needed to yell, put down the casting resin I had been reading the package for and walked towards the pen section which was a ways away in the store. I barely had time to reach down and grab a pen before Carol came up to me and proceeded to then ask if I needed help. I told her she already asked me that and she said "actually I asked your friend." And I asked "is there a reason why you are gonna just follow me around the store?" Because instead of walking away after our interaction she pretended to be adjusting things on the shelf literally right next to me didn't even step away from me at all. At this point I told my boyfriend I was leaving and wouldn't be shopping in this store anymore due to her blatantly (what I'm assuming was profiling me but not sure what for as I was dressed nice and didn't have some huge bag on me). I went to the front of the store and asked the cashier if there was any other manager besides Carol on duty. Then here comes Carol again and she proceeded to tell me the customer service number and then had the audacity to ask me if I was going to "return the product" she knew I had in my purse. To which I laughed and immediately held my purse open and out for her to inspect . She looked into it refused to even touch it and upon seeing nothing she proceeded to tell me her employee has apparently SEEN me place an item in my purse and I said really well then where is it? And tried to thrust my purse at her again to which another employee stated she saw me out the casting resin in my purse when I had put it back where I had gotten it from. I proceeded to ask them if they bothered looking at the damn shelf where I had left it? Or maybe checked their cameras before making offensive assumptions that are not only false but incredibly humiliating when I had done no such thing. I'm not sure what me and my boyfriend did within 60 seconds of walking in that made this woman decide to target me and ruin my shopping experience. I'm also not sure why they employ people who are so outrageous they are going to openly LIE and say they saw me put something in my purse that was impossible as I hadn't. She barely uttered a I'm sorry (nothing more, no sincerity even, she still has the most smug self righteous look on her face) it almost seemed as if her and the other employee who lied were expecting me to have it hidden somewhere on me still and that they didn't believe it even when I thrust my purse at them which they refused to inspect. I used to regularly shop in this store and now after this experience where I was mistreated and disrespected in front of not only customers but what seemed to be their whole staff I won't be shopping here as long as Carol and her terrible behavior as a manager is still employed. After a $389.20 charge later, I just found out there was no smog check but the receipt showed an item called "smart check". What is a smart check? The dealership said I needed to pay $21.00 again to do the smog check even though I asked for this smog check when I turned in the car and the time when I made an appointment. I have been doing my maintenance at this place for the last 7 years. This would be my last time visiting them as they were so ignorant and did not appreciate a long term customer. Read moreGood Sales going on, had fairly long line going in, and of course for the register. My issue is with other customers who wait until they get to the register to finish shopping? With only 2 registers open, a Woman with 2 small boys leaves register to get packing tape, cashier waiting for her return, but woman then asks for someone to retrieve ornament hangers. They can not, so she leaves again to go in search for them. Meanwhile the other register with a man and woman checking out separately have a basket style box without it's price tag. So now both registers are in holding pattern waiting for customers...finally got out of store but...
