My friend and I went to the restroom and there was no toilet paper!! Luckily, someone walked in and I said out loud that we needed toilet paper. This person happened to be an employee. She said, "I am on my lunch break" and walked out!! Unbelievable!!!! Nonetheless, we had to wipe ourselves with the toilet seat covers. A lady walked in as we were drying our hands and immediately informed her about there being no toilet paper in any of the stalls! She walks out and heads to the family restroom and come to find out there is no toilet paper in there either. We all walked to customer service and advised an employee whom says we are aware but we don't have anyone available. I told her to give me the toilet paper and I would gladly take it to the restroom. She walks to the back area and returns empty handed. She whispered something to her male coworker and says I am going to check somewhere else. The lady who walked with us said she was going to grab napkins from Starbucks. My friend and I walked away. I can NOT believe the lack of empathy from the employees. If the employees were aware of the situation why would management do anything about it? At least be courteous enough to put a sign on the door!! I did not bother to ask to speak with a manager because if management was great this would not ever...
Read moreI was overjoyed that this store had in stock something that was sold out in other Target stores. (Trust me - my wheels were spinning. I thought about flipping it for a hefty markup). After the thrill of seeing this seasonal and rare item still in stock, my being was about to burst when I saw the glitter washi tape was on sale for $2. However, when I got to the cash wrap, the razzle dazzle glittery washi tape was not on sale. The $2 labelling was on select tape only and some bins were disheveled (Either the labelling was confusing or other customers put the washi in the wrong bins or a combination of both.) Had this happened in the Target Walnut Creek, the cashier would have just honored the discount. This particular cashier didn't. That was not a big deal or deal breaker per se, but you could tell that this is the poorer of both Targets in Napa. (Most likely the Target on Bel Air would have given me the discount).
After wrapping up my purchase, I noticed that the Starbucks was closed, and it was still early. The bathroom was atrocious and to add insult to injury a brand new coat was on the floor, making me think that there was either a failed shoplifting attempt or a very successful shoplifting haul. Also, there were clothes on the wedding registry...
Read moreThe reason for this score is because of the team member by the name of Deanna who was at Guest Services there at the Napa Target that helped us from once we spoke to her on the phone to when we got there. Her personality was amazing and how committed she was with helping with my return was so amazing. She made me feel comfortable and as if she was someone I knew. Zacarah as well along with Deanna helped answer many questions we had and made us feel confident in the questions we asked. I will definitely be back to shop at this location because of Deanna and Zacarah and I live in Hercules but the drive is worth it when the people there care during...
