Habit Burger & Grill — Restaurant in Napa

Today March 7th my boyfriend and i went in about 30 minutes before closing to grab a quick shake. We were unexpectedly met with a lot of attitude from the manager. We only ordered a mocha shake and the drink itself was great. When we walked in though, the person helping us gave us an unwelcoming look and sighed before attending to us. We weren’t greeted upon entering and while having our order taken the manager with the 49ers jacket rudely told my boyfriend to speak up, my boyfriend then ordered a “mocha frap” to which the worker responded they don’t have, in a very hostile manner. We then corrected ourselves and ordered the “mocha shake” and after a couple short minutes we were handed our order and left unpleased with our experience. We tried to be understanding for the workers staying late and ordered something small, and even responded respectfully after having been met with such attitude, nonetheless only to get treated with this kind of behavior, especially from a higher up. When i first came in excellent costumer service until i got my food and another employee gave me my food and supposed to be mocha shake... (the red head chick that works there totally a bi*# excuse my language.. ) so i tasted my drink because when they make your shakes they just sit them on the counter...and my client which was the one ahead of me ordered a chocolate shake and had complained that hers tasted like coffee.. so when i had went up there to get my food i wanted to taste mine to see if they accidentally switched our drinks.. which they did and i told the red head girl sje was really rude about it had a attitude and everything she's horrible.. horrible costumer service... amd after leaving the place i fwlt sick . Habbit is the only thing ive ate and feel like i got food poison NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME HERE.. rude employee and food poisoned... hmmmmmm was this on purpose or...

This goes to The Habit Grill on Soscol, Ave. This used to be my favorite place. Now is one of the worst places. We all have our "favorite" to-go places, either for the flavor, consistency of the food or for the environment and customer service. When I came in the environment was very tense and uncomfortable, the staff was unprofessional and rude. Second, for the first time I had to wait almost 30 minutes for a chicken sandwhich. Third, all the tables were dirty. Fourth, I normally get the chicken sandwich, and the chicken was uncooked, the whole sandwich was completely different from how I normally get it. Not sure what the change was, but I miss the old Habit Burger Grill. Now I have to see if all the Habits changed my favorite item on the menu and if they changed the staff at all Habits or just this one. I miss the friendly staff and the welcoming greeting I...
