I come here often since I work at Napa state hospital and the last two times I've been here, my orders have been horrible. I usually don't complain and let things go but since this was a second time within a week that I've had a problem, I needed to voice my concern. I attended the happy hour today and obviously both of my drinks were from happy hour and I told her that I had my code up for her to scan. She scanned it and it took my payment so I asked her if it went through and she said yes. Upon refreshing my card, it showed that I only had $1.20 left over. She did not apply the discount. I had to wait 5 minutes for her to open the window again and which I told her that the discount was not applied. She told me that I needed to better specify next time before ordering. And I told her well I obviously have two items that qualify for happy hour and I told her that I had my code up for scanning. She rolled her eyes and told me to wait a minute then close the door on me. She returned back with a $4 gift card however the total of both my items were cold brews with cream and sugar, and did not receive back half of what I paid. In addition, one of the cold brews tasted so bland like they had forgot to add my sweetener in it that I asked for. I am so disappointed by how I was treated and how am I drink tasted horrible. I was already leaving the parking lot when I taste in my coffee and the line was long so I did not want to go back in. The other day I had the same problem with my Cinnamon dolce latte and it taste like stale coffee. Read moreUPDATE: some of the staff has changed and things have improved a lot. I usually go through the drive thru window and things are a ton faster now and people are usually pretty friendly. When I wrote my last review I had just moved here, but now I’ve had a chance to get the know this location. They’re usually pretty fast and I haven’t had an issue since a while back when I wrote my frustration below.
1 Star for this location. I usually come here and wait in the drive through but it’s been HORRIBLY SLOW recently and I don’t know why!😭Last time I was literally STUCK in the drive thru for 40 minutes. Not kidding. Today the drive thru looked super busy and I though that I didn’t feel like being stuck for 40 mins again so I decided to go inside.😬😳 Well, it’s still ABSOLUTELY SO SLOW I was just blown away. There was literally 3 people in front of me waiting forever too and after they had gotten their drink I waited another 10 mins and I was THE ONLY person inside. Just ridiculous. I finally went up to the girl and said “excuse me, I think my drink is forgotten about” the girl gave me so much attitude which I also thought was bad taste. Read moreThis place doesn't even deserve a one star. I'm just getting around to writing this review-I visited this location about a month ago. I'm from the east coast and was excited about visiting the west coast and Napa area for the first time. It was raining outside and my family member and I decided to grab a coffee at this location. I ordered my drink and paid for it. After I paid for it and they were making my drink, they told me they were out of it. I was bummed but I understood and ordered a regular iced coffee. That wasn't the biggest issue. While I was waiting for my regular iced coffee to be made, a kid came into the store. He couldn't have been older than 10. Apparently he had been in the store just a little earlier before and had purchased a cookie of some sort. He was looking all around for his cookie that he misplaced and forgot in the store. He was waiting patiently for the 3 baristas behind the counter (who were not busy at all) to acknowledge and respond to him. He informed them that he accidentally left his cookie in the Starbucks and instead of them giving him a free cookie or responding to him, they literally just ignored this kid and what he was saying.
