Worst experience at this location EVER. Normally don’t do any negative reviews or anything but this was just ridiculous and worst customer service ever. Didn’t catch the supervisor/managers name but she was the worst. Had an online order for 1 Christmas tree and I didn’t get the message to pick it up yet but just figured I would go in and ask if I could get it ahead of time. The girl at the counter said she would help and she started looking for it through there their system and she was very nice about it. She asked for help over the mic. Then she told me her manager was coming over to help and I said perfect thank you. Once the manager got over to where we were she explained that I had an order but it wasn’t ready yet and the manager gave her the meanest face ever and she followed with “if you guys stop bothering me I could finish these orders” she looked so angry and was being very rude to the girl that was trying to help me. Then the girl asked the manager if she could help me and The manager kept staring at the girl like she did something wrong. the manager said sure and just walked away. The manager went to the back office and then came out and started walking towards the trees. I saw the manager coming towards me with the tree and then just passes me without saying a word to me and puts it in an area where all the online orders are and then puts it behind more orders (and she knew I was about to take it I don’t know what she would block it with other orders) then she completely walks away without saying anything to me STILL. So I’m just still standing there so I go to the online order place where she put it and another girl that works there is there and I ask her if it was alright just to take it or if I needed anything and she looked at the box and she said yes I’m good to take it. So I grabbed it and started walking out, next thing you know the manager starts yelling at me across the store “SIR SIR SIR!!!!” And I look back and she was like “you don’t want your receipt!?!” Everyone in the store just stopped and stared at me. This rude little Emo/punk rock girl Evelyn said yes but I had to sign up for their rewards by asking all my information. I explained that I was just there a month ago and they gave it to me without giving all my information. She rudely tells me well I dont know what to tell you (while looking high on the job). So I explain that I'm going to have to research into this and to just ring me up. I go out to my car and low and behold I find on the website that all I have to do is show my veterans card (as every other store does because its illegal to force someone to give their personal information for a discount). So I go back in to inform her and the manager. Evelyn continues to talk nasty under her breath and the manager says well thats how the system is set up but acknowledges that it says differently on the website. I asked "even though it says differently on the website?!" Explained that I would be calling corporate to report this, both the manager and rude little girl say "go ahead and call them!" I told the manager she should be teaching their employees what the website says as well as what the computer saysand if there is a disconnect then it should be them of all people to figure it out. Not the customer. Evelyn then shares that she doesnt care if I call corporate on her.
