I can, and always will, speak volumes about Nashville PT & Performance! I suffered an L5 herniation that left me struggling with debilitating sciatica pain and extremely limited range of motion. I went from a very active lifestyle to barely being able to get out of bed, and every step being a struggle. Through working with each of them on physical therapy stretches, cupping, and dry needling, I was able to avoid impending surgery I was told I'd most likely need by my ortho spine MD. I completed 2 spinal injections with my MD and 8 months of PT with the Nashville PT team, and I finally have my life back. This team is amazing and they have worked with me through every step of my recovery, adjusting each session to target my symptoms as I healed. Read moreAfter my first session with Brittney I felt heard and cared for. She was able to target my problem areas during the first session and I walked out completley confident that I was finally going to get the help I needed. Nashville PT and Performance were absolute rockstars on understanding my injury, and then giving me the proper exercises and rehabs to do. I have tried other PTs in the past to no success. I continued to do the exercises and rehab care at home to keep rehabilitating my injury, and it has made a full recovery. I will recommend this PT to anyone who has an injury and needs proper help and attention to getting...

Once I pick running back up I am excited to have a session for her expertise on my gait and have someone to consult with about associated pain/...
