Actually visit was to Old Navy looking for descent flip flops. I looked around for a few minutes and found their summer shoe section. They had a sign up for 50% off, so I got a pair and headed to the checkout area. As I was walking in the middle aisle I noticed a section of denim shorts that were on sale also. I found my size, which is a miracle in itself and got in line. I was next so I grabbed a diet Coke from the cooler and proceeded to place my three items on the counter. There was only one young lady checking, she was very pleasant. As she rang the first item, I was paying attention to make sure I got the sale price. It was the flip flops and they rang full price and I told her that they had a 50% off sign. She said she would have to get someone to go check because she couldn't leave her register and go back there. I told her that she could just take them off, she did. Next item was the shorts, rang full price and I told her they were also on sale and I could show her that one and she could see it from the register. She changed it to the sale price for me. Last item was the 20oz diet Coke and I was still watching, thank goodness, that drink rang up for $3.50 and I said to her, that has to be wrong and she said no, that is the price and that her water was $4. I said oh no, you can keep that one, I can get a 6 pack for less than that. I ended up leaving with just the shorts. I had not been to Old Navy in about 2 years and I won't be going back any time soon. Like I said before, the cashier was very sweet and professional and none of the issues were in any...
Read moreThe sales person was very nice and helpful, he helped me find everything I needed, at a supposed reasonable price. But when I went to checkout, they had none of my items in stock! And do I left empty handed, besides an expensive flash drive stick, which I went to use later, and discovered I had to download software to use, and then according to the terms and conditions, the company basically owns your data and can share/sell it at will. That's why I was in Best buy that day, was to purchase hi-tech equipment that will save me from invasion of privacy, security, and arbitrary rights violation. So needless to say, I am very unsatisfied with this store and will...
Read moreMy rating is NOT based on the stores / shops there. You either like them or you don't. My issue is, the place feels like "Hotel California" -- "you can check out any time you like but you can never leave." What do I mean? The traffic on Gallatin Road is crazy and the traffic signal programming is even crazier! The "cherry on top" is the mindset of the drivers on Gallatin Road. If they even THINK you're going to turn right on red, they will accelerate to prevent you...
