The sales associates were so rude when I came to return a bracelet I ordered online. I was understanding about Pandora’s policies, although are frustrating (ex: according to Pandora’s customer service, stores can CHOOSE to decide whether to accept your return), I was extremely kind and flexible. The sale associate huffed and asked “what do you want?” with an attitude. I kindly explained I wanted to return the bracelet. She said “we don’t do that, I’ll ask.” As she asks, she repeats they can’t return it. I ask to exchange it, she huffs and sighs like it’s a problem to do this for me. At that point, I left the store due to her horrible attitude and the rude way she spoke to me & my partner. I have never had an experience while shopping of an associate acting this way. I have worked retail and completely understand policies. In no way was I unkind to this woman, and she didn’t want to help me at all. I believe that she had a problem with the fact that I have a Black wife and was entering the store to purchase jewelry. Her attitude as well as the manager’s is a problem, and I will never support this Pandora location or online services. Read moreYesterday, I brought my 14 year old daughter into Pandora to get a bracelet for her birthday. Cue one of the greatest sales people I have ever met; Tamara. She was so attentive, bubbly, and incredibly patient with my daughter and her friend. She was very respectful of my budget, and was truly well versed and familiar with all the jewelry and charms . She helped my daughter pick a bracelet that was HER, and when we walked out she had the biggest smile on her face. I had never been in the store before, nor do I typically leave reviews, but I was so pleased with how we were treated and I truly believe Tamara deserves a shout out and a raise! She was warm and had us laughing , setting my daughter immediately at ease. It was our favorite stop of the day. As someone with no affiliation to Pandora or the people that work there, I’m telling you, do yourself a favor and go see them! They have certainly earned a lifelong customer in me and I can’t wait to help my daughter pick out future charms for...
Read moreAfter my daughter spent $140 on an engraved Pandora necklace Christmas gift, the Pandora employee mounted it backwards. The front should read "I love you to the moon" and the back should read "and back!". Instead, it's reversed. When he was done mounting it, he quickly waved it in front of us and said is it ok? Without being able to fully determine it wasn't reversible, we said ok. Now the store manager won't make it right saying we agreed to it. Terrible, Terrible customer service! I feel like your employee was in such a hurry to help the next person on the engraving machine that he quickly flashed the engraved necklace hiding his mistake! Granted your store was slammed at the time, but that should never be an excuse for poor customer. You should be willing to repair your employee's mistake. Buyer beware of this store. Terrible...
