I would like to give -minus 10pr more I purchased zipped wallet n inside zip just broke, I haven't used it, but I travell a lot for work, I went today to replace it my wallet tag even was inside the wallet, now no one was on cash register one young gitl came up as I straight went on cash counter making her face & eyes (what this guy doing there,as I enteted coach store ) there were two more ladies came up one corona product, even came up total three of them, they told me they cannot replace it but they will send my wallet to repair caz company policy dont allow them I said I havent used it there is not dust dirt its tag even was as is since at time of purchase, if a brand nane coach company may b paying lots of mobey to manufacturer which coukd not b worth it & once they will sell to there customer they dont want to take it back because it was broken as there product or there parts r or could be so cheap quality been used, this kind of company product ppl dont buy it this company coach it ripping peoples pocjet there money, but staff at this location is something they don't undestand that customers who are buying from there purchase those coach store workers are getting commission which is more money what custiners paying for this coach cheap & low quality leather iteams which never is soft (feelslikeplastic)but hard as medium soft plastic, I font recommend any person to buy coach priducts because I wasted my money which didnt last long & dtire cannot replace it but can repair it, This is not a vehicke they sell its just $300.00 & some change wirth of wallet. Once she picked out the one she wanted, we were looking for a matching wallet which we couldnāt find. We asked an employee, his name was Angel, if they had a matching wallet. He showed us a black wallet that did not have the same Alligator finish as the purse. I asked him if they had a wallet with the same finish pointing to the purse. He said thatās the closest we have. I replied, āso the answer is noā. I personally didnāt think I said anything rude, I just wanted clarification. He then turns to another clerk and says āhere you ring them up, heās rude and I donāt want to deal with himā and walks away. I have never been treated so unprofessionally in a higher end store in my life. Mind you I own a high-end electronics retailer and if any one of my employees did that, I wouldāve fired them on the spot. I explained this to his manager Heather, who said she would speak with him off the floor and agreed his behavior was unprofessional. Itāll probably be a cold day in hell before I purchase anything else from any Coach store as he soured my feelings on the brand and the customer experience Iāve come to expect at Coach. The only reason for the second star instead of a single star is his manager de-escalated the situation professionally.
Update: after posting this, I decided to read and see if this was isolated and if you take a look at the reviews below this one youāll see there is a clear pattern of rude sales people and unprofessional behavior. I know itās hard to find good employees these days, but there has to be better options. Coach, you are losing a lot of customers and you will continue to lose more as long as you donāt address the systemic problem in this store.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went to purchase a wallet and I stopped to ask an associate what was the price of the wallet and she proceeded to tell me that it doesnāt have a price in it to go and grab another with a price in it. I walked back and grabbed a wallet with a price tag in it, it read $78 dollars I then took it to the register and I was going to purchase the wallet and a obnoxious cashier that wouldnāt give me his name and didnāt not have a name tag on him said that there was 3 different tags in the wallet 2 of them that read $78 and then one that read $128 he rudely and in a disrespectful manner said that that this is the price of the wallet is $128 and if I wanted to buy it and if didnāt then donāt buy it. After a few choice words he called over his manager and told her that he didnāt have time to deal with me today and she needed to ring me up. The 1st manger was very friendly and was willing to help with the purchase and then she went and away and Kristen another manger walked up and was just as rude as the first cashier defending her disrespectful and inconsiderate employees Iāve never in my life been talked to as rudely and disrespectful as I was from these two associates Kristen was the second manger. And I proceeded to purchase the wallet and I scanned my card to purchase the wallet and my card some how kept getting declined, and after that I tried my girlfriend card and it was also was getting declined to later find out after I called my bank that she kept canceling our transactions so our purchase wouldnāt go through so my girlfriend and I paid with cash and bought the wallet.
