So...it started like this...I drove to Nashville,TN Opry Mills Mall with my wife and youngest child to meet some friends. As we gathered in the end of the mall where the wax museum is we were summoned into the mall a little farther and then...Our party was separated... I was pulled from my wife and then taken to a room with my daughter where there were 2 other fathers I was familiar with a long with their young offspring. A different sentry stood confidently in the only open doorway briefing us as to the reason fate had brought us to this abrupt gathering. As we listened to the agent, she offered us Intel such as her name, title and a friendly encouragement that she would be watching our every move and to ONLY touch things we knew in our hearts were OK for us to bother. She volunteered to our surprise that we were open to leave and demonstrated the electronic locks for the exit...BUT...she followed that with the news that we had been gathered to stop a stolen Nuclear Missile from activation and launch into populated territory! How do you step away from that?!? Well... As our party weighed the risks and calculated our chances against such formidable odds...I remembered the words of a great warrior: " FATE RARELY CALLS AT A MOMENT OF OUR CHOOSING"( Optimus Prime). With these words, I rallied my comrades and we accepted the responsibility and challenge ahead of us. We were briefed by an uneasy character, not confident in us and dropped in a desolate market to find our way through unfamiliar territory and retrieve clues that would guide us to the position where enemies lie confident that their evil was unknown by those wishing to thwart their plans. We navigated dead drops and coded passages to eventually find our way to the scene of pending nuclear threat. As we vigilantly continued to pursue justice , The alarms were silenced, the lights came on and our previous captors applauded our groups tenacity. Their expression was relieved and there was delight in their voices as they revealed to us that we had indeed... STOPPED... NUCLEAR disaster in the form of a precisely aimed missile. Man...if that don't make you feel pretty good than you ain't got no feelings.
We had a great time and got a hat for our troubles. Have fun at the Nashville Escape...
Read moreAbsolutely incredible!!! I've done quite a few escape rooms with my fiance but NONE have been as amazing as this company. We were on vacation in TN and did Gold Rush, we were so blown away by the atmosphere and effort put into making the rooms an immersive experience that we can back the second night to do Special Ops. We joked about a discount and they offered one if we booked within the hour, so we did. Played Sabotage and loved it! So many times I've gone to escape rooms and they've just felt like a room with some numbers and clues, and I usually go just because my fiance is a big fan of them. But this company made me want to come back not once, but two times! Three days in a row!
Would give 10/5 stars if possible. Even if you don't like escape rooms very much, you will LOVE these. A+ to the wonderful and engaged employees that made our experience one I'll never forget.
Reviews for the specific themed escape rooms↓↓↓
Gold Rush: the atmosphere was incredible, it actually smelled like the forest! I loved the intricate and clever puzzles that weren't impossible to solve without clues. The design of the room(s) was insane, so much detail down to the smallest things that made it feel as real as possible. Puzzles and clues I've never heard of/seen before and concepts I would've never thought of.
Special Ops: There was so much decor in this room(s) that I don't know where to start, absolutely incredible. You never got stuck on one clue because there was always something else to focus on and then come back to. Again, the atmosphere felt the realest I've ever seen.
Sabotage: Great game for groups, we decided not to split up and to play against the AI, but I think that just worked best with our specific group of 4. Super exciting and on-edge themed. The layout of the room(s) was super tech-y and very futuristic, I never knew what was going to happen next! (in the best way). Definitely recommend for those who like being competitive against...
Read moreMyself and my two teenagers went to to the mall and then decided to play the escape game. While we were waiting on our time to play, we noticed that there were three other people that we’re joining us. Didn’t think anything about it because we were told that other people could join. We were playing the game and while we were in there, my kids just kind of stood back and sat it out because the other three people in there were kind of taking over, because they had played the game before. Once we came out of the game because we did escape, everybody parted ways but then Tyler came over to us and let us know that he recognized what happened in the game. They did recognize that it was dominated a little bit by others. Not in a bad way but he wanted us to have a great experience so they offered to let us come back complementary so we could enjoy it and actually get to play the game. I believe it was Tyler, Abby, and Brianna That had a conversation with me and let me know how they wanted everybody to enjoy their experiences and they wanted us to come back. That was awesome customer service that they did not have to do but because they saw it happening, they just took the initiative and made it happen so we will be returning customers. For that, we will definitely be back. They were awesome! You don’t find customer service like that anymore and I was honestly just going to leave and not say anything about it. I did not want to make a big deal about it but to have someone come to you, that noticed and approached you about it...
