Simply pathetic. My Husband purchased a $300 coat for me for Christmas; I wanted to exchange it for a different size. When I brought the item in to exchange it (complete w/tags on it) I was informed by a very RUDE, POMPOUS manager named Matt - without a receipt , I was NOT able to exchange the exact item for a different size; he needed “proof of purchase”. I didn’t have the receipt, it was a GIFT for Christmas I attempted to explain... all I was asking was to exchange the same item for a different size; I wasn’t asking for a refund or other items! I was advised to “call customer service” as Matt smugly walked away.
Mad as HELL I left the store, only to find the receipt had fallen out of the bag & was in my car the entire time! I SMUGLY walked back into the store & promptly provided “proof of purchase” (aka - I didn’t STEAL) and exchanged the coat for a different size .. all while asking the cashier to let the manager “Matt” know - IM NOT A DAMN THIEF.
“F” you Polo Ralph Lauren! I’ve never seen anything MORE absurd in my life, especially during a...
Read moreIt's absurd how this store hunts for personal data and how they demand it, in a rude manner. The last time I paid for a purchase over $400 , and refused to give the cashier my e-mail, phone number and address, he just turned around and left and said that he could not accept my payment, then the manager came and did the check out process, but warned me that next time he will not be able to make a transaction using a coupon, which they sent me 3 times, to my e-mail, phone number and address, if I do not provide my personal data! REALLY ?!?! Ok, I have been a customer of this store for more than 10 years and I will never come back after these words, it is stupid and silly to give my personal information to some person whom I see for the first time and it is very unprofessional for the store to do business in this direction, also it is against all...
Read moreI had an extremely disappointing experience at this Ralph Lauren store. I purchased several items totaling around $850, including a pair of jeans priced at $89. When I tried to return the jeans, which still had the tag attached, I was told they couldn’t process the return because the barcode on the tag was missing. I even had the receipt to prove my purchase, yet the manager refused to assist me.
What made matters worse was the manager’s attitude—he was rude, made faces, and acted suspiciously, as if I was lying. It’s insulting to imply dishonesty when I’ve spent a significant amount at this store. If I can spend $850 on your products, why would I lie about an $89 pair of jeans?
This experience has left me very disappointed, and it’s clear the manager doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. I expected better service from a brand like...
