ordered a gyro and chicken strips and it took 20 minutes while other customers walked past and ordered their food after me. I was the first in line they had no orders and at least 7 yo 10 orders got filled before mine their ticket time and the way that they handled their tickets is inaccurate and unprofessional. Poeple ordered chick strips after me and got their strips before me. I would have been better off going next door to the Popeye's and ordering chicken strips there while the line was ridiculously long and I probably would have got in the chicken strips faster than I did here. I'm not a sponsor for Popeyes but you're better off getting chicken strips next door you'll probably have less of a wait time for chicken that has more seasoning.they do not serve food at the right time to the people who ordered their food first. Also funny side note they cant spell "STRIPS" correctly its spelled "Srtips". Food...

Best Philly Cheesesteak around ! I've been stopping at Pyramid (Opry Mills location) for a Philly and fries after Drs appointments in Nashville for many years. Service is always fast, the food is cooked in front of you, so obviously it's always fresh and hot. The Philly is delicious, with meat so tender it melts in your mouth. They sure don't skimp when it comes to an order of fries either (try the fry seasoning too). In all these years, I've never tried anything besides the Philly cheesesteak, but today I sampled the chicken breast while he cooked my order. It was very flavorful and extremely tender. Still, I had been looking forward to my Philly all day. And as is always the case; it did not...

This one is inside the Opry Mills Mall. Food is great, flavorful, well seasoned, good quality and quantity for the price. The staff seems to be aggressive for the business, understandably so, which business doesn't want to make money. But they could melow down a bit, I guess it's just their way of being nice. Ladies at the cash/order counter are aggressive, loads of energy, friendly till they get your business. Chefs/Men at the other end are fairly calm and don't rush and take time to full fill the orders at hand. We have tried falafel and veggie sandwich as well as platter, they were good. Fries are well made and probably require more seasoning. Overall, a decent place for good well flavored...
