Woops! Macarons & Gifts (Opry Mills Mall) — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

I've tried this location a couple of times, and to be perfectly honest, I've felt robbed both times. They don't have a menu with pricing on display, so when you purchase, the person behind the counter (who isn't very friendly, either) tells you how many you have to buy. You can't buy one. The first time I went, she told me I had to buy three. Today, she told me I had to buy six. I think they base this around daily sales rather than any real policy, and I don't appreciate the lack of transparency. Furthermore, they are overpriced. I gave them two stars only because the macarons are pretty good. If they'd improve their customer service and be honest about their purchasing policies, I'd probably go back. Was excited about visiting Nashville. Booked my hotel close to bakery that sold macarons. Tried them a few months ago with online store Pastreez. Became addicted to pistachio macarons. I have to say when I bought pistachio macarons at Woops at Opry Mills, I was highly disappointed. The outside was not crunchy or shiny as I am used to. It was average and definitely wouldn't spend my money on them again. The macaron was just soft and did not have that crusty exterior that makes them a macaron.
