Iāve been living here for a couple months. To preface and give context, I built one of the biggest luxury short term rental management companies in Ohio and run a luxury Real Estate Sales Team that is one of the top 1% of teams in the nation. They never asked for a review either Iām just writing this for the other people interested and to help them out.
The staff here is absolutely fantastic. They try to remember every persons name in the building, which is absolutely insane and so welcoming when you come home. The building is constantly being cleaned and upkept, even the things most people overlook (landscaping, floors, pool areas). They even remember my unit number and will call me if I forget to get my DoorDash or will deliver packages to your unit if the mail room is getting too full. I know almost everyone by name here and am always glad to run into them and chat about their day, and it is a great thought to me that I can bring people in and they have another kind person making them feel welcome. I firmly believe every person in here deserves a raise if they havenāt already gotten one, especially maintenance as they are constantly grinding and solve issues within a day or two.
As far as the demo here, it is much older, a ton of people currently renovating their homes, older couples that downsized or new people to the area that have a high income and arenāt sure where to live yet. They do have some young people, but everyone tries to be respectful and keep it a fun and peaceful living environment. Everyone is extremely kind,
As far as the elevators go, that was a concern of mine with the past reviews. I have been here for a couple months and have only had one issue. The service elevator does get blocked sometimes for people moving the recycling early in the morning, but they have to get it out with how many boxes people order š. As far as reviews being not all 5 stars, we had the same issue with our management company, for higher income clients/guests they typically never remember to leave good reviews but always leave negative ones whenever there is any inconvenience. Itās not that they are bad people, itās just that they ante mainly focused on themselves š. Everyone I meet that lives here loves this place, and the staff doesnāt want to be too pushy with getting people to leave reviews which Iām sure if they asked they would get a lot more like mine. The only con is the toilets they sourced have a lower water fill valve, this causes the sitting toilet water in the bowl not able to be increased a ton in the bowl, honestly not a huge deal but itās a quick $8 fix they could do down the road.
For the units and location, you really canāt get better. There are other comparable units my friends are at, but for apartments this is one of the best ones you can get in Tennessee. I moved here because I wanted to save up a bit more for a larger home and didnāt want to get into a building where I would be around disrespectful. This building was built by one of the best builders in the state, their headquarters is right next door, and they constructed it with steel and concrete walls with sound proof windows, you literally canāt even hear your neighbors unless they are using power tools (only happens after move outs). The location is extremely safe and you can walk to the neighborhoods or the school where there are open tennis courts and fields for your dog within walking distance. I would recommend training your dog if you do move in, itās a much higher quality tenant here so if your dog bites another dog itās a bit messy and itās hard to avoid other dogs with the elevators. My dog was a little weird coming from a house, but he made friends with the other dogs pretty quickly.
Overall, I would say this is a fantastic place to live for people that donāt want to buy right now or are in between. Youāll meet a ton of great friend's and have a great time living next to everything! Hopefully this was helpful and if you are a person working here, thank you for making this...

We currently spend most of our time out of state but we went back and forth with Emma on the phone interested in one of the 3/3 apartments that were available. We had made an appointment to come and tour on one of the weeks we would be in town. We showed up for our appointment and Emma was not in the office and it seemed like no one was expecting us. We also found that the apartment we were supposed to view had been rented out (yes this happens) but it would have been nice to have notice and at least given the opportunity to put a deposit down being as we were flying in for this. We were grateful that Bailey was there and had time to see us, but she was thrown for kind of a loop, again didnāt know we were supposed to be there and didnāt know what had previously been discussed or what we were interested in seeing. She was able to show us the next biggest available apartment but unfortunately ( no fault of hers) was in really bad shape from the previous tenant. Very dirty, lots of cosmetic damage to the shower door and other built in cabinets. There was a hole in one of the closet ceilings. Yes this can all be fixed or cleaned but first impressions and all that. I really just wasnāt interested in seeing anymore and we left without viewing amenities. The staff that we did meet was very pleasant, no fault to Bailey or the concierge, he was very accommodating to us. This place is amazing! I've lived in many cities and many places, but residing here at Vertis Green Hills ranks among the top. The building, it's apartments and the grounds are all beautiful and meticulously landscaped and maintained. The pool, workout room and numerous public relaxing sitting rooms are luxurious, posh and well appointed. As someone who loves to travel, I've learned that the difference between Michelin 4 and 5 star Ratings is based on service. The service here at Vertis is 5 Star all around. From the cleaning staff that works round the clock to keep the building sparkling to the 24 hour maintenance staff to the management staff, your needs are given the highest priority and attention here. My favorites are the 24 hour concierges, Darrell, Dwight, Doug, Mikayla and Emma who welcome you and work tirelessly behind the scenes to keep the entire building's residency safe, happy, healthy and smiling. They truly are the Heart of Vertis and are all so kind and thoughtful. I have to mention Concierge Mikayla, giving her credit for going above and beyond. At 4a.m. as I'd been moving on a 100°+ day I became very dehydrated and fatigued. I rested briefly in the ground floor lounge/study. Mikayla stopped in, bringing me water and Ibuprofen, returning multiple times to check to see how I was feeling as I recovered. This is the type of genuine care and concern that is immeasurable in its value. Thank you Mikayla! I will truly miss Vertis and hope to return when I return to Nashville....
