Ann Taylor — Local services in Natick

A review for KILA from Ann Taylor at Natick Mall in MA. I went into a lot of trouble signing in to my account to leave this review because she deserves it. Kila is a personification of beauty and excellence. Over a week ago, she got my information, and she said that she would look up elsewhere if she could find the dress size I needed. That particular size did not have at her store or online. This past Saturday, she did call me indeed with the dress size that someone had just returned. I could not come over the weekend, but she saved it for me until Monday. In addition, Kila held for me a beautiful black tweed jacket (Channel like) in my size from online returning. How thoughtful! I was beyond amazed by her keeping me in mind. I had never been a big shopper at Ann Taylor before. But now I am a customer because of Kila. She sure left an impression on me. Besides, she helped to stylish the outfits with shoes and so on. I loved the experience. The professionalism was equivalent to $$$$ price tag boutiques. I love Beauty and Excellence, and KILA sure has that. We need more people like that in this world who also appreciate excellence. I had the pleasure of working with Josephine. She was very quick to ask me if I needed assistance and helped me every step of the way. I was shopping for my first professional suit and went in assuming I’d buy a black or houndstooth suit. Josephine recommended a green suit (Ann Taylor calls it “soft pine”). Although I was originally skeptical, she insisted and I was pleasantly surprised. The color was noticeable but not tacky. The suit was also tailored beautifully! In fact, the suit helped me stand out at my interview and I believe it was one of the reasons I got accepted to PA school! I could not have done it...

Sales person very unfriendly - My wife had visited the store a few weeks back and had a question about a coupon that we received. To make sure she could use the coupon, she 'dared' ask the sales'man' on the shop floor who started to say that she needed to read what was written on the coupon and was extremely rude and unfriendly through the exchange. This was a simple ask that would have helped save time and effort for both the shopper as well as the cashier. We have had better experience with shop floor sales people at Ann Taylor Factory store than at this store.
