Amazing customer service!!!! Every single person there is warm and welcoming. Jenny and Deb went above and beyond to help me figure out a gift and to actually acquire the items for that gift overnight! It was not an easy effort but they made it happen for me in less than 24 hours!!! They beautifully prepared and packaged the gift for me as well so that it was ready to go when I arrived at the store. The gift turned out to be gorgeous!!!! Bought a beautiful bracelet for Christmas. The thing kinks up in 4 spots and has to be sent out for repair which is 4 weeks! I legit bought it on 12/23 and wore it for Christmas. In less than 3 days the bracelet is junk. I ask to return it and was met with insane hostility, claiming because it was “worn” I can’t return it. Welllll it’s jewelry not underwear, and I wouldn’t be returning it if it didn’t crumble on itself within 3 days of ownership. I love fine jewelry but this stuff is junk and it breaks, and they are extremely rude when you try to get help. They love to give you champagne and chocolate to get you to buy but do they hate to stand by...
