Free People — Local services in Natick

Free people Natick has let me down in the worst possible way. Free People was my mothers favorite clothing brand. In fact , free people was the last store we shopped in together before she died a few weeks later from ovarian cancer. That last shopping trip was a such a meaningful memory in my mind until recently when I went to try to return a few of the items she had bought that day. My husband went to free people first to make sure I would be able to exchange the clothes without a receipt (tags still on). They told him that they could absolutely give us store credit I would just need to shop in store on the same day I was returning the items. The two shirts together were $260. Feeling comfortable I went in and picked out a few items to exchange for the shirts my mother had bought with me a year earlier. When I got to the register they told me that I could not exchange the items and that I could only receive a credit for what they were now worth. They proceeded to tell me each shirt was now worth.. 10 cents. I am not kidding you, they said 10 cents. The let down in my heart with the emotions of the last day I spent shopping with my mother was enormous. I told them the situation and they still did not use dignity and work with me. I am so impressed by this location! I travel a lot for work. Out of all the Free People stores and locations that I get to visit, Natick hands down is the BEST. Today I was so pleased with my experience I had to share! Sydney and Valentina were so helpful! Sydney showed me some pieces that I might like, so I tried them on. Let me just say that I love the jewelry and accessories, clothes is usually a hit or miss for me here. If it weren’t for Sydney picking out what she did and having me try them on, I would of never looked...
