food isn't correct half the time & customer service is subpar. Shoutout to Mayra & there's another Mexican guy who I think is a manager with slick back hair i didnt catch his name, they both always have great customer service & fresh food !
UPDATE : this is literally the worst location I've been at. 99% of the time my food is wrong or cold after they confirm that it's correct. my boyfriend & I normally go late at night & it's ridiculous that it has to be a routine to double check the food before leaving the parking lot. we normally get munchie meals & sometimes the employees don't even know what halfsie fries are which are a standard in the box & getting anything plain is out of the question, there's almost always sauce on the plain sandwiches. this lady Debra who's always there has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I used to work for jack for over 6 yrs & I've never treated someone the way she does. she's always snippy, has an attitude, questioning people's orders, giving out wrong orders, putting ice in drinks with no ice, im literally never coming to this store again. I'd rather drive down the street 5 min away to avoid this location....
Read moreA couple months ago they forgot to add bacon to my country scrambler breakfast as I requested and for which I paid extra. After arriving home 8 miles away and discovering that the bacon was missing I called the store and was told by a male manager that if I returned he would rectify the error. Due to the inconvenience of my returning I thanked him and told him that I might come by the next day but didn't. Today at approximately 8:30 a.m. I went to the same store and the same thing happened. After arriving at home I discovered it was missing but this time I went back to the store and explained to the female manager that I would like both this instance and the first mistake rectified. She gave me a sarcastic thank you at the end of the conversation and appeared to place my order behind all the others. After waiting approximately 10 minutes and seeing people who had placed their orders after I spoke to the manager receive their orders and leave I walked out and went to the store on east H Street just east of 805 where my order was filled quickly and correctly . Read moreI'm Hispanic and have difficulties with speaking Spanish. When I ordered, the cashier assumed I spoke Spanish but switched over to English when she saw I was having difficulties understanding her. I'm guessing they think that what you pay goes directly into their paychecks because I asked for a Medium sized combo but she charged me for a Large combo just to get more money out of me. Her English wasn't very good and I couldn't understand her when she gave me the restroom code. The second cashier had to tell me the restroom code. Also, the first cashier didn't print my receipt. When my order came out and they called my order number, I had to go up and explain that the cashier hadn't given me a receipt so I didn't know my order number but that I knew the order was mine. The cashier printed my receipt, said, "this is your receipt," placed it on the counter, and, as soon as she did that, the other cashier took my receipt from the counter and crumpled it up in front of me, not letting me have my receipt.
