We (group of 20) were coming back from from a long drive, hungry, tired and were looking for a good place to stay for a while and off course to eat. We saw this restaurant and no body even took a second, we all entered, went thru the menu and ordered almost every dish they had! I wish somebody had given a second thought. But we were so hungry and started to eat. While waiting for the food we were noticing the staff, like one lady used the bathroom just behind us, she came back and started working with the food. My sister saw her and asked if she sanitized her hands. She said I washed my hands in the bathroom, what is the problem. We were shocked as they all just neglected and kept working. My sister got loud as they were trying to snub her down. However every customer present there heard us. We left the food as it was not even cooked properly. Biryani 2/10, Momos 3/10, Chicken Masala 3/10. I mean it wasn’t good at all. We paid and left.

Kathmandu guys, please stop looting hungry people. You have to take care of your customers and keep your hygiene up to the standards. Your place really stinks, stencils were not clean and water was dipping down.

We do not recommend this restaurant and we will never...

We ordered the somosas, garlic naan, and chicken tikka masala (came with rice). It was the perfect amount of food for the two of us to share. The somosas were really good, and came with four different sauces, which was fun. The garlic naan (4 pc) was also good, both on it's own and with the food. I liked the chicken dish, BUT, we ordered medium spice and the dish had no spice. I'm not someone who handles severe spice (generally top out around the jalapeno mark), so I stuck with a safe medium, but I tasted no spice. It was disappointing, as that's one of the things that I most look forward to in Indian cuisine. It was also very sweet, which I didn't hate, but seemed odd. I'll admit I'm not super familiar with this dish, but I'm guessing these changes were made to be more similar to American cuisine. Also of honest note, the service wasn't fantastic. The food came fast, which was nice, but the waiter didn't check in on us unless I called him over. Just for simple water refills and for the check. I'll certainly forgive that, however, more demanding costumers may be...

The food was decent, but the service was a bit of a miss. I can give them a break on this though due to how busy it was on a Sunday night and they appeared under staffed for how many guests they actually had. They even offered extra Samosas for the wait which was nice. What really bothered me was how run down and unclean parts of the building were. The men's toilet was leaking significantly with flies buzzing around. This concerned me about the overall restaurant, but not a big deal really. However, while we were waiting for the food we noticed a small mouse running around. I alerted the waitstaff and gave them the benefit of trying to do something about it, but again they were too busy to really bother with it. Considering no one else has reported actually seeing mice on here or other reviews I doubt that its a common occurrence, but it definitely ruined the experience for us. We still ate the food and didn't get sick or anything, but the thought of the mouse definitely made us cautious for the following 24 hours. Maybe the new Boulder location is in...

I'm a visitor from New York, and my Colorado friends said that Himalayan food was a surprise staple of the area. OH MY GOODNESS were they not wrong!! What astounds me is how *hearty* this cuisine is. As one local friend put it, "Imagine Indian food but cooked by my Norwegian grandma." Our lunch was entirely vegetarian, but we were just as full as from any omnivorous meal. Additionally, I must praise the attentive, kind staff here, who made sure that all of our needs were attended to and served us mere minutes after we put in our order. I cannot recommend this place any more highly and only regret that I could not try every dish in one sitting!! The next time I visit, I will absolutely return here (or attend their Boulder location).

An absolute gem! From the moment I stepped in, I felt like I was transported back to Nepal. The staff here are incredibly friendly, making me feel like family from the get-go. And let's talk about the food – simply divine! Each dish was a masterpiece of flavor, perfectly capturing the essence of Nepali cuisine. From the aromatic spices to the tender meats, every bite was a delightful reminder of my time in Nepal. Whether you're a seasoned fan of Nepali food or trying it for the first time, this restaurant is a must-visit. Five stars all around!

We stopped here on way back from our honeymoon in Estes and enjoyed a Sunday Buffet. The food was SO good! Usually rice is left out in the open to dry out in buffets, but the rice here was kept in a nice rice warmer so that it tasted fresh. The hospitality was awesome as well and loved being able to sit on the porch with our dog. I’ve always enjoyed Nederland as a very different town and would highly recommend this restaurant as a lovely place to eat!
