Fig & Willow — Local services in Neptune Beach

I popped into Fig and Willow today, not really expecting much, but wow, was I in for a treat! Katherine was there to help me out, and she was incredible. Super attentive, with great style, and she even altered an item to fit my body type perfectly. I had already tried it on and decided not to get, but when she saw the item she made me go put it back on so she could style 😂. A little fashion sense went a long way and it was immediate sell! Katherine was friendly and made me feel so comfortable and welcome.

I already love this boutique and their amazing clothes, but the customer service today was just next level. Whether you're a local or just passing through, you’ve got to check this place out. And if you can’t make it in person, no worries—they’ve got an awesome online shop and a really fun social media presence to keep up with. Definitely...

Edited to add: the owner emailed me after my review a nasty reply. There was zero communication on my order that was never going to ship. None, at all. They did eventually refund the shipping! But truly wish this was a 0 star review due to the nasty response from the owner and lack of communication regarding an order I was able to place and then cancelled a week later with no reasoning as to why!

Very cute items. However we were completely ignored by the woman working. She did not greet us despite walking past us several times. There was ONE other customer in the store who she was helping a little but otherwise she was standing at the desk. I tried on several items and she saw me coming out in them to show my mom, but yet nothing. I found a super cute top that I ended up ordering from another boutique/small business online since we weren't worth the time of day at Fig & Willow.
