Horrible healthcare, I was there with my baby for her surgery, They didn't have a room for her we had to wait and once we got a room they were all over the place so unprofessional apparently that was just fine with the staff, I was told they didn't have a crib for the baby and that i have to wait. Parents are already stressing over their babies having any kind of surgery to be stressing over little things, they forgot to bring me breakfast the next day because they forgot about me, they gave me the wrong size of diaper for the baby and the staff didn't even who was in the room always provide the wrong information to me. I thought hospitals were to help people. HORRIBLE! Told them I was uncomfortable with all this little things didn't care. i would deff never will use a place like this for my baby at all. Coming to the hospital is never a pleasant experience to be stressing over little things. They need to do better...

The receptionist at check-in was very rude and had no sense of customer service. She made my sister cry after her initial "greeting" and then had my 80 year old mother in tears. When I brought this to her attention she threatened to call security on me. I've been a nurse for over thirty years. If I ever made any of the clients or their families entrusted to my care feel unwelcome and reprimanded when they were seeking our services, I would have been disciplined with a suspension or...

They scheduled my 3 year old for a surgery at 9 AM. As any surgery he isn't allowed to eat before hand. They are pushing us off until approximately noon while my child is sitting here starving.
