Raven's Roost Boutique — Local services in New Albany

I'm new to the area, having just moved in the other month, so I've been trying to scope out new metaphysical shops! Absolutely adore Raven's Roost! I came in the other week, and the atmosphere was immediately welcoming! As someone with a lot of anxiety and a panic disorder, it was super nice to come into a quieter place with friendly staff! There's a nice assortment of tarot, stones, bits and bobs, and my FAVORITE, herbs! Ive always been interested in the practice of wiccan and this store helps me explore it with all the different type of items they sell. Well this store is really nice and all but the workers aren't. I feel judged that I'm not as smart about the practice, every time I've came in here the workers looked at me in a certain way. and most of the time, I'm just buying their incense cones. Beautiful store, helpful and knowledgeable staff, excellent and thoughtfully curated variety of items. If I lived in New Albany I would hang out here regularly. They offer a solid selection of books, beautiful handmade jewelry, a range of statuary, a variety of incense and candles, clothing, beauty products, queer-affirming merchandise, and even some lovely plants.
