I've never been to get a massage before, but I can say this place is beginner friendly in every sense. The staff was super kind from the time I walked in till I walked out. I called early in the week to get an appt for me and my husband letting them know I could only do weekends and the appts can't be at the same time (we have 2 young kids). Sue booked us that same weekend. I came in, they had nice music playing and you could smell the oil as soon as you open the door to the hallway (good smell). The receptionist gave me a form to fill out and it was super simple. Then sue took me back to the room. The bed was extremely comfortable! The blankets were super warm. I was nervous because I still have my pp body but she made me feel very comfortable and like I stated before, this was my first massage. Sue did a fantastic job, focusing on my shoulder (which was the problem area) and she incorporated a mix of massaging and stretching in her technique. Recovery and relaxation is the best professional massage therapist place ever! Sue was the best professional that I found. I was on vacation with family members so after a long drive My body needed a massage so I scheduled two massages. One body Thai oil massage for 60 minutes and then I received a chair 30 minutes massage for the quick trigger point relief. I recommend if u are in the area you should try it out. I loved both of massages. Sue found every spot of my muscles. She knew every single problem on my body even though I didn’t tell her where they were.
