China Wok — Restaurant in New Bern

After waiting maybe 3 minutes to order two egg rolls, I ordered them and was unlocking my cashapp card to pay (It takes 6-10 seconds to do). The lady attempted to take my phone from my hand twice as I unlocked it. A man walked in, and she left from providing me service to take the order of the man that had just walked in. I called to speak with the owner or someone in management (which was stupid because there would probably be no resolve), a lady picked up and said the owner nor manager was there. I told her the issue. She asked me what I ordered, then proceeded to give me the total. I tried to tell her that I’m calling about the service not to order the food. She was dismissive and even said “Bye.” I believe it was the same woman who took my order. I don’t think the man should’ve allowed it (he initially said he only had a question but proceeded to order his food). This was my first time going and the whole situation was rude. Definitely filing a complaint...

I ordered the house special fried rice with the order of chicken wings. The wings was hot but the rice was cold not only was the rice cold but the all the shrimp was improperly cleaned... Nevertheless I was willing to overlook it but what made me write a review was the very poor customer service when I came in he looked at me dead in my eyes and didn't speak and then when he brought my order to me he slammed it on the counter and went to sit back down I don't know what type of people he is used to coming in but I'm from out of town I'm not from here and to treat people like that it's...

Ordered the pu pu platter....it was literally uneatable....everything was extra greasy, the ribs were like shoe leather, the shrimp looked like someone smashed it with a mallet...I've never thrown away takeout in my life, you can usually fix it at home if it's not up to par....but this was beyond help....I was so disappointed....they used to be my favorite...hadn't been in...
