Thee Catering Company — Local services in New Bern

ZERO stars!!! Do NOT go with this company!!! We called repeatedly over the course of 2 weeks with no answer every time. We left voicemail after voicemail. We even drove by a few times and they were always closed. The last time I stopped by at 10am the doors were locked but a lady was inside. I knocked on the door to get her attention but all she did was point to a sign on the door that read “Closed. Please come back tomorrow”. I knocked again hoping she would at least come out so I could explain the situation of what’s been going on but she walked away. About 15 minutes after I left i called them to see if they would answer. She answered the phone but was extremely rude from the get-go. I couldn’t even explain my situation or finish my sentence without her cutting me off. She sounded very annoyed that she had to talk to me. We had a taco bar at our wedding and they were so helpful with serving, refilling glasses, serving my husband and I, and cutting the cake.
