Frog Hollar Outdoor — Local services in New Braunfels

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am a local and have never been in. Had lunch across the way so thought I would check it out. The 2 employees were less than friendly. I barely got a hello but who cares. I was shopping and went to a room in back and found 2 items. After about 5 minutes the female told me “ ummm this is our overstock room”. Ok well the door was open so I thought it was part of the store. She proceeded to tell me that there were plenty of them in the front. Ok. Sorry. I ended up buying 2 overpriced items that I shouldn’t have bought only because they were for my son. The young man who rang me up had zero personality and put the items in a much too small paper bag. All in all terrible customer service and overpriced.* since I can’t respond…I’ll say if you don’t want people in the back close the door. Your female employee who evidently is your family was plain rude. Not short handed. The male employee was obviously inexperienced and rude. Your excuses are ridiculous....
