Columbus Club — Attraction in New Braunfels

I am so disappointed. We made a huge mistake booking this place for a rehearsal dinner. I was promised that the space we rented would be clean, they would move tables to storage, and the tables we needed would be set up how we needed them when we arrived. When we got there the place was trashed! Disgusting! I was furious because we had to clean and move tables ourselves but they sure had no problem charging us full price for everything. There is no excuse! We booked this place a year in advance, so they were more than aware that we would be there and what time and day. This was truly a disaster and not worth the money! I strongly recommend not using this venue! If I could give it negative stars I would! I am very disgusted by their treatment and laziness! They should have at least had the decency to have the place clean for us when we arrived rather than make excuses then go hide in your office to play games on your phone so you didn't have to do your job!
