My accounts where closed because of fraud activity on my account. I went into the branch and had them open new accounts for me.. I could not update my new account numbers in time to recieve my direct deposit from my employer into the new accounts. Frost told me they can hold the funds for 24 hours and I can request them be sent to my new accounts. It has been 3 days and now they are saying it will take another 3 to 4 days because the original banker did not classify the request properly.
