We come here frequently and 9 times outta 10 they "forget" the ice cream that comes with the kids meal. This isn't by accident, they literally never give you one. You have to ask several times for one and even then, they still "forget" to give it to you. It is like they dont want to make ice cream for kids?
The lady working the drive thru, Lili, screwed our order up so bad, we had to pay twice to order the items she forgot, even though she repeated our order over the speaker. It is amazing how she forgot everything within 2 minutes and acted like it was my fault. She could not even repeat the order correctly at the window and kept arguing with me about what I had ordered.
My fries were ice cold and disappointing. Dont bother giving me a 1800 number Dairy Queen, we already reached out in the past and never get any response from your 1800 customer service. Your canyon lake location is horrendous, and this location is much better, but still a big problem. Charging somebody twice for cold food is a good way to make sure customers never return.
Also the soda machine is apparently out of syrup because my soda has none and tastes like club soda. I should dispute these charges...
Read moreGood, service and atmosphere were horrible. The was no sense of routine here. Everyone on the front end seemed to have absolutely no clue what was going on. In fact I seen the front end lady ASK CUSTOMERS to please wait on ordering food if they planned on ordering food because the kitchen was just too backed up and ‘busy’. We ordered a sundae, a blizzard, a slushie, and a moolate. We waited for 45 mins for these items to which the items STILL were not made or read and I than had to go ask where my order was and it was going to be made. Than waited another 15 mins. In total this took over an hour out of our drive time and there were no apologies made by any of the employees in fact anytime they were addressed by customers or asked where their orders were they were left with struggled shoulders and blank stares. NO APOLOGIES. I saw three different groups come in, wait in line and leave after not even being addressed by an employee to place an order. Highly do not recommend stopping here. Read moreI ordered the waffle cone blizzard treat from the menu. The picture (and every time I have ordered it before) has a blizzard in a chocolate dipped waffle cone. So when the young man at the window went to hand me an un-dipped waffle cone I said that is not what I ordered and the cone should be dipped. He turned to look at the manager who mumbled something and turned back and said they were out. I explained all he needed to do was dip the waffle cone in the hard shell chocolate. The manager then proceeded to say that she didn't charge me for a dipped cone and they can't dip it once the blizzard is in it. I explained that I ordered what was on the menu and that is what I expect to get. She then stated that I didn't order it right. Again, ordered exactly what was on the menu! So, I just asked for a refund due to her poor customer service. So, instead of just fixing my order, she gave me a refund. Wow...very bad example of customer service.
