My review is not based on the quality of the product, but the quality of the customer service. I came in the shop to get a bracelet re-attached that had fallen off. I had my husband and 2 kids with me. My children were looking around the shop and my oldest daughter was possibly wanting a bracelet for herself. The girl working in the shop (not the owner) kept correcting my child about what she was doing. For example, she was looking at the shiny disco ball decoration. She did not touch it and the shop girl told her not to touch and it was extremely fragile (it was plastic decoration). She was not grabbing anything, being disrespectful or wild. She also sat on the chair provided for the guests and the shop girl told her to not put her feet on the chair (her feet can’t even touch the ground). As I was saying, we were looking at getting a bracelet for my daughter but after the way we were treated, we will not be returning...

I was quite disappointed when my anklet fell off at an unknown time. I spent $92 on it and only had it for roughly 3 weeks. I have no clue where it fell off so I couldn’t even bring in the jewelry to have it corrected. I went into the shop and was yet again disappointed when I was told that I had to purchase a new one. Apparently there is no warranty. “Because it’s clasp-less it doesn’t guarantee longevity” is what the girl replied. I’m pretty sure it’s designed to last longer than 3 weeks hence the name “permanent jewelry”…My 8 yo daughter and I have permanent bracelets from another vendor and have had zero issues with it for two years.
