The first couple of visits were okay. The last time I went they made both drinks the same way but lied about it. Then they forgot to charge me. We mentioned that so they said it would be 3.78 after saying it would be 8 something at the speaker. Then they charged us twenty dollars. We said they could have the drinks back, because it was taking them forever to make the refund. Then they refunded twelve. Then, after knocking on the window for the rest of the refund she told us not to snap at her. Huh!? After forty fives minutes of utter incompetence we gave up and left. The woman at corporate wasnât much better. She gave us the remaining refund but wondered if we wanted it on our Dunkin account right away, or a refund to our bank card that might take ten days. No we donât want the extra money that we had taken out of the account because our check was combined with the car behind us plus a charge for a third drink that wasnât ordered from n a Dunkin card. So the speaker total was correct. The first window total was a pretax price for the extra drink. The twenty dollar total was our order, plus the next cars order, plus the extra drink with tax. The twelve dollar refund was the second carâs total and the extra drink. I donât think she ever figured out what happened. If you canât do first grade math, use a calculator, refund a payment, label drinks, tell the truth, read directions, apologize or even be bothered to care about the product, money or customers how are you a MANAGER! Thatâs 45 minutes of my life gone and nobody at the store, nor the corporate woman cared. đĄ Iâm going to make sure my children know all...
Read moreI'm a coffee fanatic , I need my coffee everyday to get my day started ... well Dunkin is always my go to and it's always the same 3 people that I see , they're always so positive and so sweet, today I went and I was about to grab my money and the employee goes "you're good have an amazing day" ... I just thought that was the sweetest thing , I know it's just coffee but it's little things that matter . A little kindness goes a long way , you never know what someone is going through in life and when I drove off I cried , sometimes people impact your life in a good way and have no idea , that's what happened today .. as I drove off I cried , yes I cried over a free coffee but there are multiple reasons behind it ... my uncle recently passed of cancer and before that happened he stayed with me and I would go get us coffees everyday , so I think of him often on my route to get my coffee , another reason is it's just nice to be noticed and they remember my face and know I go everyday and they don't have to give me a free coffee but they did and that's so sweet, I always try to put good out in the world and god gives it back to me in little ways like this and I'm just thankful ... I'm not good with words so I hope it makes sence but anyways , I love this location , they're always so nice to me . And it's nice to know there's good people in the world . Thank you god and thank you Dunkin , I...
Read moreThis place was awesome in the beginning. However, lately have had horrible experiences every time a specific employee is working. Interrupting when youâre trying to place an order, then re-asking and re-making the drinks 5 times at the window bc she doesnât enter or wrong sticker, loses sticker etc. Today was a 15 minute wait and there was no one in front of us at all. And last time was a 25 minute wait between line and mistakes, had to drive my dogs home and come back again bc they couldnât get it together and I didnât want to hold up the line any further. I will say the Manager there and remaining staff are lovely but this individual should not be at the window. This particular employee is always sarcastic and rude like you woke her up and gets everything, every time wrong. I will be taking my business elsewhere until they figure it out and was going there daily, a lot to lose. Sad to me because we enjoy the remainder of the staff and establishmentâŠand I am understanding to mistakes, however itâs been pretty frequent...
