My friend made a purchase of a silver & black men's ring with Mason insignia on 5/28/16. After leaving store, we walked a few blocks down the street and noticed the insignia piece was missing. Returned to store immediately, they said they wouldn't refund but they may have to charge for the missing piece to replace it (he couldn't believe they would even ask him to pay for a piece that came apart within minutes of leaving the store). He was so upset about it but the manager assured him it would be ready by 5/31/16. Well, 6/2/16 and still no ring. They keep putting him off and state the manager isn't available. The piece was not very expensive and he even asked for store credit so he can get something else, but no. I can't believe a store that has such a good rating does this to their customers. I don't know if this is happening to him because he's black or they just disrespecting...

This place is a scam. I put a deposit of over 50% for a simple 3 letter name plate. It took almost two months to complete, and when it was done I was handed a piece of cheap jewelry with lettering that looked like a toddler wrote it.
