Savioni Designer Boutique — Local services in New Hope

I do have to say this place has beautiful clothing but the owner of the shop is absolutely unbelievably unprofessional. We asked if we could try a large shirt for my fiancé he refused to let him try on a large he said he would have to try on the medium and if it didn't fit he could buy a large but without trying to on??? What the hell ?? The owner said he wasn't going to unfold a shirt for us and if we don't like it we could leave ?? And we were going to spend $500 that day in his shop. My fiancé asked him why was he being so rude and he said if we didn't like his attitude we could leave the shop ??? I'll tell you.. We have never met such a very abrupt rude unkind man in our lives and the owner of this establishment to boot! The workers there were rolling their eyes couldn't believe the owner of this place acted so unprofessional ...and not one person was there except us on a busy Sunday afternoon in New Hope...I'm sure this wasn't the first time he's been nasty to customers and we are not the last !!. We will never ever go into this place again. Oh and I have a business for 30 years.. I have never ever treated anyone with disrespect even when customers weren't so nice to me .. I remained...

I have always had fabulous customer service at Savioni. I find the staff very helpful and attentive. For me, the clothing is a lot of money, but I don’t think it is expensive, for what it is. I buy clothing there, because they have such unique designs and quality, They went waaaaaay out of their way for me once. They had a fabulous leather jacket that was severely discounted that I loved. I couldn’t make up my mind.i got back to my home town and called to see if I could buy it over the phone and have it mailed. They were in the middle of a move and still made it happen anyway. I know they could not have made anything in the jacket, it was so discounted, so I appreciated them going out of their way for me when they were making no money. It meant a lot to me. I stop by the three times I pass through town each year.. The owner has always treated me very well, as do the staff. I support small, family...

Not cool!! Asked them to hold a few items for a half hour or so and they put the items aside for me. I needed time to marinate the crazy high pricing and justify. I got back to purchase and they simply and “unapologetically” said they sold the jacket because i said i’d be back in a half hour and was late. maybe it was an hour!!! Was just so wrong on every level!!! Not to mention how hiked their prices are. Googled one of the items and the company who made them have a store in Manhattan that was selling them for a lot less and gave a 20% coupon as well. Maybe i should thank Savoni for saving me money?! Would never step foot in...
