I really wish I could give this new restaurant a good review, but I feel I must share the poor experience. We had to wait for at least 15 minutes after our reservation time to get seated, which is fine. When we got to the table, it took a lot of time for someone to come introduce themselves and give us water. I ordered the dan dan noodles, and they ran out of noodles so I had to choose something else. I ordered the shrimp spring rolls, they were unfortunately soooo bland, the tempura vegetables were the best thing we had. The miso soup tasted nothing like typical miso soup, it was almost sour, the salmon nigiri was just ok. My sister ordered a sushi roll and it was never brought out. The sweet and sour cauliflower was mushy, pretty flavorless, and had a bug in it. It was $7 and all they did was take 50% off that one dish so we still had to pay for some of it. I wish I didn’t have to write this but I was shocked by how much went wrong.

Edit: went for another try the menu had changed they add much more drinks and few new food items way better than the first time. And the drinks were way better. I would come again. Food was good tho. We tried many plates and we all agreed that dumplings were very good , as well spicy tuna, shishito peppers mushrooms and we got shrimps on the house they were very good as well. For the entrée the red snapper with green curry was amazing , steak was good too. Ramen not as much i didnt like the broth and the noodles where not home made? Tho the pork was tender and the egg was good. They have Japanese beer and some fancy drinks a bit light. it was a Friday night and the place was packed. Service was ok sweating around with no Ac!!! For the desserts we didnt like them and they forgot to bring candle as we asked for.... it was my birthday! Anyway fix the Ac and i might come to try the new menu.

We were here yesterday and ordered the following menu items: Vegetable Spring Rolls (5/5) Spicy Edamame (5/5) Ginger Scallion Oil Noodles (2/5) Hibachi Rice with Chicken (1/5) The main issue with the food (our main courses, as you can see from the ratings above) is the lack of seasoning. There was absolutely no ginger in the Ginger Scallion Oil Noodles, and the oil tasted like it may have been burnt or old. The Hibachi Rice with Chicken (pictured below) had no flavor. The chicken was absolutely plain - not even salt or pepper. There was no soy sauce anywhere in the dish, which we thought was very bizarre. On the plus side, the spring rolls were crispy and delicious, and the edamame was tasty. Other than the inconsistency with the food, the experience was pleasant. The hostess was lovely and the restaurant itself is gorgeous.

If I could give a 3.5 I would. We ate at Anzu Social last night and had mixed feelings. The food was really good. We split the crab rangoon, charred spicy edamame and short rib dumplings and all of them were delicious. The entrees (beef and broccoli and kimchi shrimp stir fry) were both very tasty. The beef and shrimp were cooked perfectly. The sushi was the only thing I was not impressed by. I ordered the spicy tuna roll, received the yellowtail roll instead, and it was just bland.

Now for the not-so-good. The service. This was probably the worst service I've received at a restaurant in some time. I acknowledge it was Valentine's Day so that's always tough on a busy restaurant. That said, our waitress was highly inattentive the entire night. She got our sushi order wrong, but she was nowhere to be found when we tried to let her know. We asked her three times for water until she finally brought it, and then didn't leave the carafe. After we placed our entree order, we didn't see her again until we were done. Appetizers and sushi were brought over with no plates or soy sauce/accompaniments. We were tucked away in a corner but she came over to the other tables around us multiple times and didn't acknowledge us, ask how things were, etc. When we finished our meal, it took her about 15 minutes to clear our plates.

I would recommend folks go, and perhaps sit at the bar or go on a less busy night. The food is good, but that was a service experience that definitely stuck out to...

Where do I begin. I am a local, and eat out every Friday, Saturday and Sunday anywhere from Reigelsville down to New Hope/ Lambertville, and west towards Newtown, Warminster, and Doylestown areas. Sad that this place is owned by The Logan Inn since The Logan Inn is far superior in every aspect. We will start with the hostess...an absolutely awesome person greeting people as you come in, but went downhill from here. The ambiance is great, but quite a loud atmosphere. Our drinks took 35 minutes to come out, and they had 2 bartenders, and the place was only 3/4 full. Both mine and my fiancee drinks were horrible. Plus, our appetizers came out before our drinks. The pear martini had not one hint of pear...tasting completely floral. The old fashioned was weak. Then my fiancee specifically said she would have the dumplings for an appetizer, and the spicy tuna roll as her entree. Well, both items came out as appetizers. The dumplings were decent, but the tuna roll was subpar, and not a real tuna roll. The pork chop was blah. The banana spring roll desert was plantains, and not good. The only incredible food at this establishment was the strawberry dessert. Maybe this was all because the place is only a month old, but knowing it's part of The Logan Inn, I thought the same perfect service there would carry over to here. Too many flaws on our...

Oh just not good, so sad. Very cool venue, nice ambiance, great waiter who unfortunately was over his head because lack of servers. Apps were great, got the Tuna tartare and the crab Rangoon. For entrees we got the Orange Chicken and the Beef Bulgogi. The manager brought the plates and said “sorry for the delay”. We didn’t think there was one, till we started eating. Both stone cold, the protein and the rice. I even put my finger to the bottom of the rice, stone cold at the bottom. We sent them back. My husband’s was scalding hot, most likely microwaved, mine… still stone cold. I got some song and dance how it was supposed to be cold and was I not told? No I was not and not only have I eaten all over the world and have never been served this dish cold but I also hold a culinary degree with a concentration in Asian food. No, we don’t serve stone cold rice and beef and if we did let’s at least state that and I wouldn’t have ordered it. In my opinion the chef just didn’t care or they were so lacking in severs our food sat there for a good half an hour before getting to us. I don’t buy it was “supposed to be cold”. My husband was trying to be polite but his Orange Chicken was all gristle. The manager did take it all off the bill but after a weekend away and excited to eat a good meal this was meh at best....
