LolaNOLA — Local services in New Orleans

I purchased a ring on October 31st. Came home and the stone fell out of the ring 3 or 4 days ago. I called the store and talked to the store manager. She said to email her so we can fix or replace the stone. I did exactly that, along with a picture of my ring and a copy of my credit card purchase. Asking if the stone and ring can be replaced so I can have and wear ring for more than 2 weeks and hopefully a lifetime. I heard no response for the email so I got on the store website and created a chat question. In which I've heard no response back on either yet. As well as reaching out to them on Facebook and not hearing anything. I just assumed that their customer service would be a lot better. Especially since most of their customers are tourists. We LOVE LolaNOLA!! Stopped inside on a whim while roaming the French Quarter and it easily became one of the best things we did during our visit! The store is beautifully packed with New Orleans souvenirs and local artisan pieces! We picked up some perfect New Orleans and fleur de lis jewelry we had been trying to find for months with no luck. I spent the better part of 3 days walking around NOLA trying to find a unique and beautiful mask souvenir. I kept coming back to this shop because the selection was amazing.

The tiaras, the headbands, the accessories, the lace masks, the rhinestone masks, all the masks are all next level.
