That Smell Good Shop — Local services in New Port Richey

Very disappointed in this shop today! This is our second time in the shop and we were very impressed by the selection but the staff isn’t very nice by any means! Our first visit (staff related) was a bit stand off-ish but we shrugged it off and stayed positive. But today was no different and even more uncomfortable, the same young lady with now pink hair continuously hovered over us(same as before) but now more prevalent! It was myself and my wife and 4 children and even with my attempts at making small talk to try and lighten the judgement she still was very unfriendly! My 11yo daughter was touching a small beard brush (open product) and whisking it across the sign for it and she felt the need to tell her that’s not to play😡 So it was the last straw and I immediately walked out of the store! This will be the last time I attempt to buy local or at least with this shop! I have been supporting The Smell Good Shop for quite some time & I refuse to purchase inferior scents ANYWHERE. Yes, even Yankee Candle! Yuck. IF you would like your entire home to smell consistently delish, these are the waxes to purchase. Why? Handmade, locally (FEMALE) owned & operated. No offense, boys! Lol Best customer service; personalized shopping experience; PLEASE look at my recent pictures. The (6) pack of cubes are $2.95! I HAVE TO SAY THIS, SORRY. The Sales Team has always treated me with respect & since I frequent the shop, I have seen the same attention paid to EVERYONE THAT WALKS IN! Now, I moved from out of state about a year ago from a big city with homemade shops on every block. Out of all the places I’ve been TSGS rates top 3! Not only are all the products produced in house, they are of amazing quality. I’ve used bath bombs to lip chaps. Beard balms to deodorants. The wide array of scents always keeps me on my toes when it comes to choices. It’s awesome to find a scent, get used to it, and these lovely ladies introduce a totally new line.
