Frozen Gold Ice Cream Nsb — Restaurant in Florida

Highly disappointed with new staff. I went to bring my son for ice cream. I usually get him the kid size cup soft serve because it's just the right size. The girl was talking to someone and didn't acknowledge us when we got to the open window until I spoke and asked the girl if we can have the kid size she says just small. I said okay what size is that she says 3 swirls I'm like what size is it like hoping she'll show the size of the cup/bowl and she repeats 3 swirls we go around it with 3 swirls with a tone like I'm dumb and should know. I said okay nevermind things changed here and walked away clearly picking up on her attitude problem.

She then proceeds to laugh out loud at me and my son as we walk away laughing with the other person inside that I could not see. Definitely not how I think this business would want to be represented. The cashier was very friendly but that’s where our positive experience ended. When you go to an ice cream shop, you are ALWAYS able to see the ice cream and taste the ice cream before you actually buy the ice cream. Not at Frozen Gold, the building is completely shut down to customers (so odd), so you can neither see nor taste as they ‘don’t allow’ tastes. These decisions appear to have been made completely for Frozen Gold’s benefit. I wanted to try the mango, pistachio, and the chocolate peanut butter but couldn’t so ended up ordering a Reese’s sundae which didn’t taste much like peanut butter at all. They will sell you ice cream, but not let you use the restroom because they closed it down an hour ago. People were using the garden hose out back to wash their hands because they closed the lobby & restrooms. I never should have tipped them, I'll never go there again! REPLY TO THE STORE OWNERS REPLY... It's not right to serve food if folks can't use the restroom. You need to keep your restrooms open if your open & mop the floors when you close or when people have gone.
