I would give it zero if I could. Due to alternate side parking and many schools parking in the area is hard to find. This is a self park lot and they price gouge you. I paid for my parking at their Laz parking website for a discounted rate. The attendant got snippy with me and did not want to honor my prepaid price. I called the number on the receipt and they said my pass was good-so sorry, of course it should be honored-whatever. Cannot make up for the rudeness!
