1.The place was small which is fine but I feel if the place is small then remove the tables and add more kiosks because only one out of two were working and then there's a huge line behind you, making you feel pressured to order. There was also no one to take your order if you preferred in person rather than kiosks due to lack of employees. Expect your wait time to be about 20 minutes if there was only one person/group in front of you ordering, if there was more than one just multiply it per person/group. Possible up to an hour.

The prices I found were expensive when I compare it to La Michoacana in upper Manhattan and Yonkers and other Mexican areas selling these types. But there's also the issue of the size, the esquite was such a tiny container where it had more mayonnaise than elote and a tiny sprinkle of tajin, it was a joke, there's a lady in the corner of Fordham who sells her smallest cup (which has more than this joke regular sized esquite) for $4. It was really disappointing, also the Dori loco one, they didn't use the entire bags of Doritos and included tiny amounts compared to what it should bring. Everything was also small servings which was crazy for their prices. And I was especially crazed by the price of the gomitas, My dad usually is the type to not ask for prices and for two tiny containers of gomitas (about 20 little balls) it was $20.

While yes they had Mexican themed painted walls and music, you don't really get the actual Mexican environment, it just felt like every American sweet shop.

The quality of the stuff overall wasn't bad, a 7.5/10 but I still prefer La Michoacana over this place. This place is good to come one every couple of months with...

Great Mexican ice cream and paletas (ice pops) alongside tons of snacks items like pancakes, locas and drink options. They have a large collection of ice cream flavors (20 with 4 vegan) with Mexican/central American inspirations such as gansito, tres leches, maracuya etc. and 10+ paleta flavors. The prices are decent, large portions, great ambience and they allow sampling. Definitely recommend.

Me and my boyfriend decided to support this business considering there was no one inside. We saw the pictures of the products and decided to go in. The prices were crazy but we felt bad leaving empty handed. She took forever making our order and we only asked for the mini pancakes and an horchata. Not only did they not have horchata but she gave me the wrong ice cream. Hello? It was only one order how do you confuse ferrero for strawberry cheese cake?
