Starbucks® Blonde Roast - Veranda Blend®
We've spent decades working with coffee farmers throughout Latin America. This blend was inspired by the lightly roasted coffees we've sipped together over the years, often enjoyed on a breezy veranda with a view of lush coffee trees. Subtle but flavorful with notes of toasted sweet malt and milk chocolate, it's an inviting, approachable coffee that mixes beautifully with milk.
Medium Roast - Pike Place® Roast
From our first store in Seattle's Pike Place Market to our coffeehouses around the world, customers requested a freshly brewed coffee they could enjoy throughout the day. In 2008 our master blenders and roasters created this for you-a smooth, well-rounded blend of Latin American coffees with subtly rich notes of cocoa and praline. It's served fresh every day at a Starbucks store near you.
Medium Roast - Guatemala Casi Cielo®
This smooth, citrusy coffee celebrates Guatemala's Antigua Valley-an iconic coffee growing origin known for producing some the world's finest beans. Bright Meyer Lemon & Cocoa Nibs
Dark Roast - Caffè Verona®
Well-balanced and rich with notes of dark cocoa and caramelized sugar. Try it with a piece of dark chocolate to bring out even more sweetness and depth.
Decaf Roast - Pike Place® Roast
From our first store in Seattle's Pike Place Market to our coffeehouses around the world, customers requested a freshly brewed coffee they could enjoy throughout the day. In 2008 our master blenders and roasters created this for you-a smooth, well-rounded blend of Latin American coffees with subtly rich notes of cocoa and praline. It's served fresh every day at a Starbucks store near you. (Decaf, just the way you like it.)

For my understanding Starbucks experience is supposed to be amazing, they hire people with kindness and education so they can treat customers like they deserve to be treated. Yesterday by coming to the store was nothing else than a disaster, staff was super rude, when I went to order, the Spanish girl asked for my name, when I said it to her, she said my name was too complicated, when I tried to spell it, she didn’t care and just put an A for my order. It’s super disrespectful how someone criticize you for your name and more when you’re spending money at their store. Customer service should be handle more hardly in this store, because there is no way people are paying $10 for just one drink and getting the worst customer service in NYC, I’m not suggesting anything, but this barista should be fired, because Starbucks should not deal with employers like this, who treat their customer as no one, when they’re just getting a service. Also, Spanish lady wanted to order, and this girl was helping her out, and the barista that took my order and hers, came to her to have a big argument with her, this girl as a customer gets called “loca” which translate to crazy, and this was coming from a barista at this store. The lady was just trying to order and the staff was very rude to her because she didn’t speak English, even though the barista that was on register...

Terrible, absolutely abysmal service. Every single time without fail the staff at this location messes up my mobile orders and even in-store orders as well, they will always miss one item and then I’m forced to wait in store and waste time for them to prepare an item that should have been made already and they have an attitude when I politely let them know that my item is missing. What is even the point of ordering ahead when I still have to waste time in store anyways? I always tip at Starbucks too but NEVER at this place because they don’t deserve it. How do you habitually mess up orders like this? It’s insane, and they act like it’s the customer’s fault that they messed up the order, like what? Extremely unprofessional, I never want to step foot into this location ever again if I can help it. Only way I’ll go back is if the staff miraculously becomes competent and caring as they should be or there’s an entirely new staff that’s courteous and can do their jobs properly. 1 star is even too much for this place. I got my morning coffee from a deli down the street and received faster AND friendlier service, and it was much cheaper than Starbucks to boot. I do love Starbucks, but this location is a huge NO and you just lost a customer. You guys should do better and take pride in your work,...

Tons of people still support Starbucks. People go for all sorts of reasons, I don’t drink coffee but I’m a big medicine ball fan. I preorder the drink along with a cookie. And the workers are total jokes, especially the coffee master, leader, manager, whatever you want to call him. They would literally watch you standing and won’t ask you anything, customer service you. IT NEVERRRR FAILS!!! I waited 10 minutes passed my scheduled pick up time for a tea and cookie. I didn’t ask for a ICED SKINNY CARAMEL MACCHIATO WITH 2%, EXTRA CARAMEL

The tea contains pumps of syrup, and streamed lemonade. The cookie comes out of a plastic bag. You could pre order a damn water and it would take 15 minutes. They don’t stop making drinks and when they do stop they just talk to each other. I literally hate this location, been going here for a little over 10 years and the service has gone down tremendously. I give up. KEEP THE MEDICINE BALL. Close it down!!! Remove all the staff!! Let them go!! Put them on a DO NOT HIRE LIST! Then Shut down the...

I like this new and improved location, is a huge upgrade compared to when this business first opened. I ordered the Iced Chai Tea Latte with oleato golden foam, Iced matcha latte, pineapple cloud cake and one of my favorites pumpkin & pepita loaf. The new staff that work here made a huge difference, compared to the old workers that are no longer there. I appreciate there kindness, hard work, delicious drinks and dessert. I’m going to order more things when I go again, that’s how much I like it.

I completely forgot to write this review but this locations service is bad..they give orders wrong and they don’t make your drinks properly. They literally left HUGE chunks of ice in me and my sisters drinks this is unacceptable honestly the drinks took long to make and even then weren’t blended correctly and I completely understand how it’s like to work in these establishments but the workers themselves would not accept drinks like these for themselves especially with the cost.

I ordered a flat white and ham and swiss croissant at 6am right when they opened the store. I paid 11$ for it. The service was VERY slow and I had to get in a 6:16am train. I’m a patience person but I asked for a refund as I had to leave to get in the train. As I was in a rush I took the refund and ran to the station. When I look at the refund they only gave me 3$. I normally get coffee from this store every monday morning and the service is excelent but today was awful.
